Bought my puma Deviate Nitro 3 from the shop. Girls and boys that were present were very helpful and knowledgeable. Loved my purchase. Will buy again when deviate nitro 4 comes out. Also the shoes are original and very comfortable at tempo pace for a long run. I had ran the Guwahati stadium Run for 8 hours and the shoe never gave me any issue and covered 69 kms. Thank you Puma.

Had extremely bad experience at the store. Staff named Anu has very manipulative and egoistic behaviour. She spoke very harshly with me and my mother for whom I wanted to buy a gift. She spoke in a very harsh tone as if she is doing a favour to show me dresses. She disregards customer choices and instead forces customer to try her own dress choice. Will definitely suggest everyone to avoid this sales girl.
