Brahmaputra Calling!

Worst hotel experience of my life. This place should not be called a hotel at all. The room was dirty, bedsheets looked like they hadn’t been changed for days, and the washroom smelled horrible. No proper water supply, broken taps, and zero cleanliness. Staff behavior was rude and careless—no response even after multiple complaints. Basic amenities were missing, Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the AC was either broken or useless. Totally unsafe, unhygienic, and overpriced. Pictures shown online are completely fake. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place. Money wasted, peace ruined. ⭐️ (only because zero stars isn’t an option)

Absolutely disgusting place. Dirty rooms, stained bedsheets, and insects everywhere. The bathroom was unusable and smelled like a public toilet. Staff were arrogant and unhelpful. No hot water, no proper electricity, nothing worked. This hotel is a complete scam. Never ever stay here.

Excellent locations, excellent service by Biki.. Complementary breakfast was super tasty, food is good, calm environment, we get bon fire too.. It was a pleasant stay.. Only draw back is wifi not available..

It's a perfect place with perfect view and weather. I can imagine how amazing it will be to stay there in the winters. Like you can literally see the mighty river when you wake up and open your eyes in the morning. The food was good too. The rooms are cosy and nice. It's super clean and spacious bathrooms make it much better. Will visit again!

Except for the location the the room was filled with spider webs and lizard even in the bathroom. They didn't even clean the room, it was really unhygienic, even found a earwig on bed which gave really bad allergic reaction to my body. The bed was too small and the ac was just above it, which was really uncomfortable. The food was too expensive like the 5 stars and since we left 5-6 hours after just arriving they charged us for the full day Also we were shown another room upon booking and it has full facilities available but after arriving we were given another room with no t.v.The lights also frequently goes out while the place was really hot. The staffs were okay but they need to refurbished the place and make it more stayable. Very very bad experience, not preferred to go.

An absolute delight of a location, perfectly fit for a chilled out and relaxed vacation. It is Bang on the river bank of the mighty Brahmaputra and the morning view of the river from the floor to ceiling glass window (wall) is magical. Room rent is reasonable and food is good. Rooms and igloos are spacious and well maintained. Strongly recommended.

The only good thing is the view.. The rooms are spacious but furnitures are faulty.. Bed mattress is very uncomfortable(too spongy),, it gave shoulder and neck pain just from one night's sleep(Couldn't even sleep).. Tv, Ac, doesn't work.. Found dead spiders on the curtain..

One of the worst experiences. Its Dirty, smelly rooms surrounded by more dirty swamp and Dirty water body. Mosquitoes welcome you in the evening. Food Taste like Shiite, the prices are absurd. Food is bought over from Isle natura where food doesn't taste any good. I would definitely not recommend anyone to stay over there. Hope the owner sees this review and try to match their quality of stay and food like they charge money which is high as 5 star. Price = 5 star Actual quality = 1 star
