Dichang Resort

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The atmosphere of the property is calm and relaxing, which made our stay enjoyable.|The staff were very polite, friendly, and always ready to help. Service was smooth and professional, especially in the restaurant. The food was tasty, fresh, and well presented.|Overall, it was a great experience with good service, nice surroundings, and warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends and would love to visit again.

I recently visited this restaurant with high expectations, but the experience turned out to be deeply disappointing. The quality of food served was far below acceptable standards. The dishes lacked freshness, taste, and proper presentation — almost as if they were prepared carelessly and reheated before serving. What made the situation worse was the exorbitant pricing. The restaurant charges premium rates but fails to justify even a fraction of the cost through quality or service. The ingredients tasted stale, and even the basic items like rice and salad were of poor quality. Despite charging like a fine-dining establishment, the hygiene and service were equally unsatisfactory. The staff seemed indifferent, showing no concern for customer satisfaction. Overall, this place is a classic example of overcharging for substandard food. It survives only on hype, not on merit. I would strongly advise others to avoid wasting their money here until the management takes serious steps to improve food quality, service, and transparency in pricing.

A nice place for holiday refreshments. Enjoyed the stay. Beautiful rooms and area. Reception staffs were well behaved . Just a feedback that, housekeeping needs to be improved. When we asked for towels after checking in, housekeepers behaved rudely towards us as if we stole their towels even though it was not even provided there. Overall nice.👍

I ordered Borali fish but was served Rohu fish instead; however, that was acceptable. Unfortunately, the overall food quality was very poor. The fish was bland and tasteless, and the curry was excessively watery. The local chicken curry lacked authenticity and had an artificial masala flavor, which was disappointing. Overall, this was a very unsatisfactory dining experience.

The food upstairs tasted horrendous. It was overpriced as if they were going to serve it on gold plates, the menu was dissatisfying, the mix veg had no masala, the french fries were unseasoned and overfried, the veg pakora tasted dry and onion-like. The chicken curry was as thin as my will to live and had no flavour. Downstairs is a thousand times better even though I don't like their Schezwan noodles.

I never stayed here, but we always stop over for breakfast on the. I love the ambiance of the place, there is a positivity and staffs are very cordial. The breakfast served is fresh and good.

We had a family dinner at the restaurant and we were impressed by the food, ambiance and service. We were very well attended by Mr. Harshjit, who made the whole dining experience smooth and pleasurable!

Awesome experience.. comfortable stay.. All staff behaviour very good..Food is just wow.. Go ahead dichang Resort... Beautiful environment....
