Madhumita's Homestay

We had a pleasant stay. We took the third-floor option. It was spacious, vibrant, and had all the necessities. The beautifully maintained garden along with the sit-out area enhances the experience many fold. They also have options on lower floors. The location is at a quiet location for a peaceful stay but well-connected to main roads and shops. The place also provides complimentary breakfast along with homemade lunch and dinner options. I had the opportunity to have a delightful dinner at their dining space over conversations on long road trips. I will highly recommend this place.

The first thing that impressed us is that madhumita aunty and uncle personally reached out to us on Whatsapp to confirm our stay and send the location. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and surrounded by nature’s calm. Thank you for such a lovely stay! Your home felt like a hug — warm, welcoming, and full of heart.The delicious breakfast, the cozy atmosphere, and your endless kindness made our day very special.I came as a guest but left with a heart full of gratitude and memories to last a lifetime.I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a true home-away-from-home experience.Wishing you good health, happiness, and peace always.✨

I stayed there for almost a week and the hospitality they provided was way beyond my imagination. Treated us like their own family member, Cooked only healthy foods because i had an exam going on. I felt at home 🤍. They have vast life experiences and shared some of their stories with us. The good behaviour, the friendliness and their caring nature made us more comfortable. I'm rating it 10/10 And her cooking skills are 11/10 . 🌞

We had an amazing stay with Madhumita and her husband. They were the most caring hosts and prepared a super tasty breakfast for us (included in the price). The room itself has two large beds and is very spacious, even with a roof terrasse you could use. It was very clean and we felt very much at home. As for the location, it was a little bit off the main areas, but the neighbourhood was super quiet, lovely and easy to reach by auto. I would definitely come back here :)

The best in Guwahati without a doubt. The rooms are so cozy and clean. Moreover the host , Madhumita ma'am is a lovely host, she serves extremely good home cooked food. Everything is top-notch about the homestay. I would never go to other homestays if madhumita homestay is not available.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Felt like home. Cozy, well ventilated, clean rooms. Bathroom very clean. Beautiful location with hill view. The terrace garden makes it more appealing. Space available for drying clothes. Interior decors shows the artistic taste of the owners. Yummy but homely food. Enjoyable experience. Would like to visit again.

A lovely place to stay with very kind and accommodating hosts. The complimentary breakfast was delightful and the rooms are clean and vibrant. A nice quiet haven amidst a bustling city. Looking forward to my next stay here.

Our stay at Madhumita homestay was very pleasant and comfortable. Thanks to Madhumita ma'am and sir, who both welcomed us like a family member. Our room on the terrace level was beautiful, specially we liked the beds a lot as they were very comfortable. Also the spacious bathroom and open varanda outside added beauty to our stay. Ma'am also cooked tasty food for breakfast during our stay and a dinner upon our request. The homestay is a bit far from the airport but as you will reach there, the surrounding is calm which was helpful to rest well. From our side, we highly recommend this homestay for anyone whether travelling single or with family. Again many thanks to ma'am and sir.
