River bank guest house (Restaurant & self cooking)

Very bad experience. The staff was extremely rude. The room shown in the photos was completely different from the one provided after arrival. The staff’s behavior was unacceptable, and the room condition was very poor. The lights were not working properly, and most of the items in the room were damaged. The kitchen quality was also very bad and unhygienic. I do not recommend visiting this place.

I have traveled extensively, but my stay at Riverbank Guesthouse was hands down the worst accommodation experience of my life. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. From the moment I checked in, the hygiene was appalling. The room smelled damp and musty, but the bedding was the breaking point. The blankets were covered in visible, questionable stains and reeked of a foul odor. I was too disgusted to even touch them, let alone sleep under them. However, the lack of cleanliness was nothing compared to the absolute lack of safety and professionalism. The "staff" here are completely irresponsible. Instead of looking after guests, the staff themselves were drinking alcohol throughout the entire night. It was impossible to sleep due to their shouting and partying. It felt less like a guesthouse and more like a chaotic bar. As a guest, I felt incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe knowing the people in charge were intoxicated

This place is a disaster. The hygiene at Riverbank Guesthouse is non-existent—the blankets were stained and smelled terrible, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. Worse yet, the environment is totally unprofessional. The hotel staff spent the whole night drinking alcohol and making noise, keeping everyone awake. It is terrifying to stay in a place where the staff is intoxicated on the job. Highly irresponsible management. Do not stay here

We Booked a 799/_ room where bathroom was attached. Thank you that we used kitchen at just 50/- per day . I recommend for family. Bike parking is safe .

Hi I am from Dibrugarh. Me n my family was staying for 7 days in your guest house. Manager let us use the kitchen and washing machine without any cost . I asked the Manager about our budget . I like the staffs behavior.. recommend for family

Very disappointing experience. The price shown while booking was ₹700–800 with AC included, but on arrival the staff demanded extra money (₹400) and refused to give the AC room unless we paid more. Finally, we had to pay extra even though our booking clearly mentioned AC. The room we got was in terrible condition — dirty bedsheets, smelly blankets, stained walls, unclean towels, and even the toilet door was broken. The fan and AC were also not working properly. Overall, extremely unprofessional and not worth the money at all. They even charged us for drinking water. They don’t even deserve a single star rating.

This guest house is located little far from main city what I like most . mostly bathrooms were clean and room average. Breakfast issue only

One of the best Hotel for Couples and the location is just wow rooms are very clean and staff and owner is very good very good experience love from punjab... (the best thing is love privacy)
