The service is superfriendly from the securitygirl on the door. The manager helped us in everything so well that it was really touching. All the staffmembers were so good. AC also is perfect. Clean and nice hospital, like in Finland, I can say. Our patients received so good care and professional help and surgeries here. This is the hospital, which I recommendate to all in this area. Thank you, Arhi hospital.

Went there for my mother’s spect scan and was disappointed with the hospital apart from Dr. Taparia’s team. 1. Finance section - cash section do not have basic knowledge like printing, they printed the final bill over our prescription and entire thing had to be repeated multiple times before they could figure out the format of printing and the indentation like portrait/landscape we finally got our bill. Please provide basic training to the staff, the behaviour and service from this team was really pathetic and disappointing. 2. Most emergency doctors and nurses are very rude and keep pushing their tasks from one person to another. One doctor was often googling the medicines from others prescriptions from other doctor as he was copying the medicine after the fiasco made the finance team. Like really? What kind of service is this? 3. No proper system and coordination between different sections. 4. No proper channel for corporate patients. Finance section and nurses do not try to understand concerns of the corporate patients on format of claims. After constantly running around from counter to counter for almost an hour, the issue was finally resolved by Dr. Taparia. But shouldn’t the admin team resolve such basic queries quickly than the doctor? There was no helpdesk or anyone to guide corporate patients. The hospital management needs to look into this.

Hospital service is excellent. Staff are well behaved.Hospital is very clean During our stay in hospital for our brother treatment for hip joint replacement. My family wish all the doctors , nurses and other supportive staff the very best for the care of patients. Your hospital services are highly appreciated.

Amazing experience, Professional staffs, Very kind warm gesture towards everyone. The only down side i found is the bathroom (basement), the jet spray pressure is too much , it hurts my butt, I am sure others would also agree.
