My brother Mr. Ansai Baro was admitted at gnrc medical north guwahati for cervical operation under doctor Sunil Panchal sir on 12/11/2025. Operation was done successfully by the grace of God and he is stable now on and got discharged from the hospital today. Surgeon and anaesthesist explained the treatment procedure and it's risk before surgery in simple language. During the treatment period doctors, nurses, wardboys, technicians, incharges, floor incharges, housekeeping and all other staff guided and helped us in every single path. My patient was admitted in GNRC hospital North Guwahati in private cabin under doctor Chinmoyee Sonowal and got operated (TAH+BSO) on 6/8/24... After the operation my Patient Was shifted to private cabin. During my Stay I got excellent nursing Care service even the housekeeping services were got and they have co-operated well. Even the floor manager they has cooperated and they have helped us in all the procedures.. At a very low cost charges as compared to other hospitals (5000/-) only we got Ac room, Tv, attendent bed and clean hygienic separate Washroom is provided in every room including doctors charges, nursing charges, housekeeping charges etc... This is my so dangerous experience I have learnt from your this hospital that a patient is only a customer for your income. You know only to earn money from helpless people. We come here to cure , with hope of care and services , but not as like that on the other hand they keep eyes on Money income but not on the cure of patient. My sister Alaka Narzary come here for Gallbladder operation on Dec 3 2025, but operation was wrongly did by Dr Durgam Nanda Kishore. But they never informed us their wrong treatment and kept us for the long days and continued their daily income with huge amount of money. Even after getting patient's critical and very bad condition we changed the hospital and now we have known and get to see that during the time of operation by Dr Durgam there was severe injury in liver and other parts of body inside of the stomach...... We have 100 percent clear proof of severe injury did by Dr Durgam.....
