Dormyy Backpackers Castle

Had a really great stay at Dormyy's! The location really stands out and is right by the Brahmaputra riverfront park. It’s perfect for relaxed morning walks and café-hopping in the evenings. The host, Raj, was warm and welcoming, always ready to lend a hand. He also helps arrange car/bike rentals and cabs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a strong Wi-Fi connection, making this hostel ideal for a workation. Would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again! 😊

I like the ambiance of this place. Especially host is so good and he knows very well how to take care of his guests. Location is very good. There is lots of cafes and a very good park with Brahmaputra river view. Total value for money.

It is an awesome place to stay and do the work-ation and chilling (Brahmaputra Riverfront in just walk-able distance). Rooms are good with indoor plants especially their common area is awesome with multiple game options. They have dorms as well as private rooms. Cafe also good with home cooked food. It's valuable for the money.

One of the best experiences ever at Dormy Backpackers Castle! We met one of their staff while roaming the streets of Uzanbazar in search of an affordable yet amazing homestay, and honestly, it didn’t take us more than a second to lock this place as our birthday celebration venue when we saw it for the first time. We were a group of five, looking for a cozy and budget-friendly stay with a kitchen and Dormy gave us everything we wished for. The property has a lovely open space where you can play various board and indoor games like air hockey, pool, and table tennis. We even had a small jamming session there, thanks to their music system and microphone setup. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances, and the rooms were not just cool and comfortable but also extremely clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms were hygienic, and regularly cleaned, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. What truly made the experience special was the friendliness of the staff. They created such a warm atmosphere for us, and the bond we formed with them especially with the owner, Raj Bhaiya; is something we’ll always remember. We would definitely love to visit again.
