Asian Suites Guwahati

Very disappointing stay. I booked a double-bed room through Cleartrip for a night, but the experience was poor. The room was extremely small, hardly around 8×8 feet, with very little space. The bed cover and blanket were in bad condition and torn, though they changed the blanked after requesting and waitimg for 1 hours. which clearly shows poor hygiene standards. Hospitality was also lacking — no staff assistance was provided during check-in. There was excessive noise throughout the stay. At times, staff members were making noise, and there was continuous disturbance from the upper floors, sounding like construction work going on even at night. This made it very difficult to rest or sleep. Overall, the stay was not worth the price. I would not recommend this hotel and expect better quality control from hotels listed on Cleartrip.

The hotel itself is quite typical, offering very basic amenities.||While the staff members were generally helpful, my check-in experience was rather subpar.||The rooms are of average quality, though the layout of the furniture limits space for dining within the room.||The bathroom left much to be desired, with a notably small sink and a weak shower.||The bedding was unclean, and pillows and mattress were not comfortable||Furthermore, despite having an air conditioning unit in the room, it malfunctioned during the morning, emitting ice, indicating a lack of proper servicing.||Although complimentary breakfast was not provided, there was an adjacent vegetarian restaurant that also catered to the rooms. The quality and quantity of the food offered were commendable.

The decor shown in the site wasn't similar to the actual exposure,the room was like a small bathroom of 6×6 with a ceiling fan of old age which produces sounds like a generator,there wasn't any TV to have fun watching,(especially mentioning the room number as well,Room no.-601)also the staff members weren't cooperative as we wanted to change the room they provided the worst room they had as it wasn't non refundable amount so they played the role very well. I would suggest to thoroughly check your esteemed hostels before giving any 5 star rating suggestions. The blanket provided was dirty and had blood stains on it.

Few days before me and my family checked in to the hotel. My experience was great. It was so homely and budget friendly, there is no in and out restriction as the hotel is 24 hours open. Staff response was so friendly and good. My overall experience was great.

Rooms are clean. Service is good. I have choosen this because of the Location. It has less traffic and easy to drive your car in and out of the hotel. Convenient for me. At this price the rooms are superb clean. It is guaranteed that you won't get a room of this quality in entire Guwahati.

We had a great stay. The hotel staffs were incredibly cooperative and provided a good support. The food was clean and delicious with timely delivery. Overall had a great experience. Truly a great place to stay..
