Cherry City Cottage

Very poor room condition. Cigarette lit bedsheets. Broken mug at bathroom. Smelly congested room. Electric sockets did not work. No similarity with what was booked from Oyo app. Felt like a cheap 300 rupee room in a dark ally somewhere. Very disappointed.

I have so many good things to say about this hotel which makes it best in town.||1. Located in such a place where traffic sound is nil, so you will get soundless environment.||2. cleanliness in rooms is superb, amenities well provided.||3. Staffs are well behaved.||4. well maintained garden, where you can spend bit romantic moment with your loved one||5. Room service is quick||6. Food quality is good (Including free breakfast) etc etc||||But according to me price of food is marginally high (but its adjustable after watching so many good things)

The first time, I have rated this property 4 stars. Otherwise I also rated 5 star for this property. I am the permanent or very regular guest for this property from last 3-4 years. But, this time I have facing some major problems with this property. Firstly, we have paid 1500 Rs. for double occupancy 1 day. But we were not provided any complimentary breakfast in this price range. Because We have stayed 750-800 to 1200-1400 rupees before in this price range. But this time the property is not able or refused to check-in below 1500 Rs. as well as without breakfast. Also restaurant service is gradually decreased. So, kindly property owner try to concerned or needs attention on this matter. Otherwise, front office staff Dipankar(5 star) & Kitchen head chef(5 star) is also helpful, property area is neet & clean. Regards Bhargab But main problems are room tariff or breakfast, needs to be attention by Owner.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff were arrogant and rude from the moment I arrived. When I politely requested room cleaning, they seemed visibly annoyed and did a rushed, careless job—didn't even bother to sweep the floor properly. The lack of basic hospitality and professionalism made the whole experience unpleasant. Definitely would not recommend.

The Room is very congested hard to take breath even. A/C are not working properly, very old & poor in quality. The lift service also depends upon the owners choice i,e stopped working before 11pm.

Nice budget hotel Cherry city cottage, small room but clean room with all aminities, everything is good

Food too expensive just like 5* hotel.
