Hotel Review I had the most horrifying experience at this hotel, which I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Late at night, between 15-17 drunk men arrived, banging on our door and aggressively demanding a girl. To make matters worse, they somehow managed to enter the premises because the front desk staff opened the gate. This was extremely shocking, especially since it was after midnight, and we later learned that the owner’s relative conveniently exited the campus at the same time. The situation escalated as the men almost broke the lower part of our door and aggressively twisted the doorknob, trying to force their way in. In sheer terror, we barricaded ourselves inside the room using chairs and sofas. That night was beyond traumatic; the fear and helplessness we experienced are etched in our memory forever. We immediately called the police, but the response from the hotel staff was equally appalling. Someone downstairs was supposedly talking to the police, but the men continued banging on our door upstairs, completely unchecked. The whole situation felt orchestrated and suspicious. The next day, the owner refused to provide CCTV footage, citing one excuse after another. He even fabricated a bizarre story about a couple who had stayed at the hotel months ago, trying to shift the blame. The lack of accountability and the blatant attempts to cover up the incident only confirmed how shady this place is. This is not just a hotel; it’s a nightmare waiting to happen. It’s unsafe, unprofessional, and a serious hazard, especially for families. Stay far away if you value your safety.

Stinky, filthy rooms, outsiders come and disturb and try to get into the room by force after midnight.Not at all safe for family and particularly for ladies. Hotel staffs are also involved in this sort of activities, people with family should not go to such place. There is no safety and security

Situated at a convenient place, near the main road of six mile. Communication is very good , I have stayed here for 3 days, after that I got some Pros and Cons. Good Ones 1. Location 2. Parking facility, a large space for parking 3. Rooms are spacious ( specially my room, 004, 104) 4. Food quality 5 . Behaviour Need to improve 1. Room service, you need trained them well 2. Rooms doors need to renovate, both the door not have any handle, any one can peep through the key hole 3. Bathroom is dirty, basin is very old 4. Security need to improve

Stinky washrooms, flush doesn't work, fan regulator doesn't work, not clean, mosquitoes. Don't waste your money and time here. And when you complain about flush not working, they will be like what can we do, guests come and break it, its not out fault. Like seriously? Another guy was like did you take the classic or delux room? Like do we need to pay extra to get a working flush? 🤣

I stayed there for an Official purpose for 1 day. The Guest House is very new I suppose and not even yet listed in TripAdvisor. It is located in a residential area. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because of the behaviour of the staff. They were very polite and cordial. Other than that, they need to upgrade a lot. The toilet was dirty, which I requested the staff to clean up, but it wasn't done; there wasn't even a hook to keep clothes in the bathroom; The bedsheets and pillow covers were stained; the food was very average; the staff was continuously calling me up to ask about this and that, so in my opinion, they need lots of training. So I would only recommend this hotel if no other is available in all of Guwahati.

I had a good time here. The place is perfect free from hustle and bustle. The staff are good. Good room, cleanliness everything I appreciate it. Would come back again...

My stay at Spectrum Residency was good. Water flow of washroom is good. The staff's are helpful. Looking forward to stay again.

The Hotel ,food ,service and rooms are bad. Theres no telephone to contact the reception or service. There are all stains in the wall , washroom and the TV is placed on the wrong direction where no one can watch it from their beds,the channels are not subscribe and the food service is pricely and i had a bad experience and it cost so much
