Such a useless hotel whatever was communicated by make my trip nothing was provide. Hotel rooms are so cramped, bed linen are dirty, rooms are stinky, food not good, no complimentary water was given. Staff rude they try to snatch money for every small stuffs. No room cleaning was given for 3 days stay. Towels are like mops. Only paint job done nicely to make room better in picture. No toiletries were given. Soap shampoo was unavailable. No one picks the room service call from land line. Same hotel has 2 name to fill empty rooms. One named with fab hotels and other is hi city in. Better if book a lodge or some road side hotel with no rating. When you show your frustration with hotel they tell you not to speak to them in Adam in this way. You pay your hard erand money and you can’t show your frustration in any way. I was not given a cancellation refund hence I had to stay forcefully in this hotel as I paid full in advance before coming from Delhi. Again don’t book this property for anything.

The communication was excellent from check-in to check-out. We booked from Oyo but we were denied checking at the same price .At reception they were asking for more money . Very unprofessional behaviour from the receptionist. Be aware while booking this hotel.

Good service overall. Manager was good and very co operative. Rooms are very clean and well maintained.

Worst Experience. I booked 2 days in this hotel at ₹1800 which was ₹900 per night - and upon arriving, the front receptionist guy said it's ₹3600 for 2 nights scamming me on double price.

Worst ever staff behaviour seen,we check in on 9 sep and he was charging extra money for night stay and was very rude…i would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel specialy night

I read almost all the reviews of this hotel and hotel owner's reply. My two cent : Do not come with "any" online booking at this hotel. They will simply say : we do not accept booking from this or that. No exception. For some, it is going to be oyo, for some it is going be agoda, for some it would be booking.com etc. It is same as online/offline issue of cab services. They do not want to give the commission, probably. I told them to delist themselves from all the online booking website if they do not want customers via online booking. But guess what they won't do it for this is how oblivious customers are actually booking and coming at their property. You can skip this hotel.

Rooms are OK but service is so poor.. staffs are behaving rudely specialy night staff..less amenities. No room service..will never recommend to anyone
