Hotel Aarian Aatithya

Manager attitude was very rude, and the service they gave was average. Worst behaviour. They created a confusion while delivering the food and also didn't gave us a solution to that matter.

Room is really spacious. Microwave oven is there in the pantry area. But no utensils. The is sofa, dining table with 2 chairs and a pantry area. However, the bathroom is not maintained properly though it looks neat at once. Broken wash basin, badly stained closet, clogged faucet and a half broken shower lever. There were no towels and bathroom door mat which on asking was brought quickly. No dustbin in the room, only in the bathroom and each time we had to go to the bathroom to throw away any trash. ( I didn't want to ask that too as I had already made enough calls asking for towels, doormat, tea bag, sugar etc). Also there was no tv remote which when asked they said that the previous guests has stolen it and asked us to press the set top box to change channels. No remote was given. Breakfast buffet options are very limited and not so great tasting.

We stayed in this hotel on last day of our trip. Hotel location is quite prominent area with all shopping places nearby. This is not actually hotel but converted house to hotel/service apartment. Reception person at the time of check-in seems to be in stress and not friendly at all. Rooms are spacious with small kitchen but having smell from adjoining smoking rooms. Beer bottles/empty food plates not cleaned from outside for full night. Breakfast have no choices with very limited option

Pathetic service. Tea has been served by paper cup in corporate engagement.

Worst experience of my life, totally bad stuff non co-operative and arrogant as well. Even my luggage is stolen

Very regular to this Hotel. Wheneva I get a work call to the capital, I prefer to stay Aariyan only because of their service and delicious food. I chooses and liked this place because it is middle of residential area and is really quite, not a noisy place at all and very convenient to the city life also. You will not be facing the dense traffic of Guwahati but are only few km's away from the hub. secondly,I like Rooms, neat and spacious, toilets are well maintained. Rooms include fridge, microwave and a coffee maker, coffee maker helps us a lot in winter. Fourthly, Staffs are very friendly and took good care of us in every visit. Fifthly, In- room dinning was available till midnight and was good, and very delicious in terms of taste.. Every time they fulfilled our expectations and the reason we chooses this hotel again and again is only their delicious food and quantity they served in each meal and the environment over a good hospitality.

Awesome property for functions and meeting. They have a very stylish interiors and have variety of packages to suit every income group. The ambiance is world class and the staff is professional and friendly too Great hotel to stay for tourism too
