Hotel Atithi

Terrific place to stay. Very cordial staff. Each employee is so polite and cordial that I cannot praise them enough. Mr. Vikas the Manager in the Restaurant has a good idea of culinary preferences and gave good advice on trying various dishes. This was my first stay here and I shall visit it again and again.

Slightly late in posting this review. I ended up booking this hotel at the last minute after IndiGo cancelled my flight, so I relied mainly on the ratings—and my stay turned out to be a pleasant surprise. A special mention to Abhishek at the front desk, who was extremely helpful and proactive, making the check-in and overall experience smooth during an otherwise stressful situation. The hotel itself is well maintained. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was even more generously sized. The location is another strong plus—very central and well connected, though it is in a bustling neighborhood, which travelers should keep in mind if they prefer quieter surroundings. The only area for improvement would be the food. The breakfast spread offers decent variety, but the taste could be better. Overall, a comfortable and reliable stay, especially for short or unplanned trips. I would definitely recommend it.

It is really an awesome experience to stay here but given 4start rather than 5 because room has stinky smell whole day and night and there’s no exhaust. Rest everything is awesome. Hotel offer Best breakfast, it has rooftop bar as well but it was not operational while my stay. But yes they have in-house bar as well. Location is excellent, neat and clean Staff is very cooperative. Room size are decent.

This is a beautiful business hotel at the heart of Paltan Bazaar in Guwahati, a little oasis amidst a very busy and vibrant neighbourhood. Clean rooms, excellent service and proximity to Pan Bazaar, Fancy Bazaar, and the Brahmaputra as well as Kamakhya Temple are clearly its USPs. One must also mention the excellent breakfast spread with a wide variety of desserts as well. ||From front desk to help boys to restaurant staff, everyone has a pleasing personality and is willing to help. The rooms are not too big, but are comfortable enough. This place is not a resort, so one must have reasonable expectations. No play area, no walking area, no swimming pool. However, it is an excellent choice for people on a North East trip who want to halt at Guwahati for 1-2 days. It is far from the airport, though. ||We would definitely want to come back hereon our next North East visit!

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Atithi, conveniently located near Guwahati Railway Station. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which made a great first impression after a long journey. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained & luxurious providing a relaxing stay. The hotel also offers a good breakfast spread, with fresh and tasty options to start the day on a positive note. A special mention goes to the restaurant, where the food quality and taste were excellent. Every meal was well prepared and satisfying. The service by the restaurant staff was outstanding—Nur Mohamad, Sourav Roy, and Baby Das were extremely courteous, attentive, and made sure guests felt well taken care of. Overall, Hotel Atithi offers great comfort, delicious food, and warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Guwahati, especially for its convenient location and excellent service.

We found this hotel is very nice to stay for family. The front office staff specialy Ranjita madam found to be very co-ordial & supportive in nature. The foods are excellent. All staffs are very polished & well behaved. We recommend to stay for family in this well family type environment of this hotel. Location is also excellent.

Very good service in this hotel. Reception madam very helpful she request us to have breakfast with empty stomach we should not go infact she went with us in buffet and help us to have breakfast and she packed breakfast for me because I was in fast she packed fruits for me. She is good for hotel industry keep on doing hard like this. Will recommend to everyone about her.
