The location is great with a pharmacy nearby. The rooms were tidy with clean bedsheets and towels. The extra bed provided was also of good quality. Value for money hotel. The vegetarian restaurant nearby and the in room dining were both great and allow you to customise your food. The prawn dish and prawn hakka noodles (customised according to my request by removing squid from the seafood hakka noodles) were the best I had in these years. Same with chole bature, aloo paratha and poori for breakfast in the veg restaurant. The gravy accompanying these were very tasty. Minor inconvenience was with the bathroom: The cloth hanger is on top of toilet. I have to be really carefully with my clothes. They should add a hanger on the door. Paneer and Kofta dishes in the inroom dining and veg restaurants were too heavy with a lot of thick gravy. Please include some options in paneer and kofta for light food that taste like home cooked food with low oil and low masala and light gravy. These will be very helpful to guests. They do have chicken boiled and other light protein filled dishes but they need to have light vegetarian protein dishes as well other than dal.

It is in an ideal location for people coming for medical check up. In close proximity to GMC, APOLLO, ARYA WELLNESS, NEMCARE ETC , all within 5 km. Would be nice if the hotel Adds bucket and mug In every room since some patients can't use the shower shower

One of the few BEST places for accomodation and food. Very professional and friendly staff and ample parking space . Overall it's a value for money.

Disappointed. Average rooms. Rude front desk. Poor hygiene. Smelly bathrooms. Cigarette smell in most of the rooms (unpleasant feel). Mattress was toooooo soft (may be old or used mattress purchased from other bigger hotel). Fan was making noise. Small rooms. BREAKFAST was the only GOOD thing. Lift doors were rusted, unsafe for kids. Not worth the money. Had booked 3 rooms on December 29th, 2025. Won't book again.

First, the room service is worst than any OYO. When the food ordered was delivered, it was missing items. I raised the issue with the receptionist, I was very rudely told to talk to the Manager who never picked up the call. The waiter was sent to get payment for the food when it has not even been consumed. The room otherwise smelled like an old attic when I entered. They sprayed room freshner to make it liveable. The bathroom mat was so dirty, had to ask housekeeping to change it to which they responded that most of the available bath mats were like that only. They will look of some clean mat is available. Thankfully, it got replaced. Overall, if you have to chose between this hotel an some homestay, chose the homestay.

Stayed at 507. Room was good but the washroom gave awful smell… urine and smoke smell… it comes from the drain hole… solution is installation of NAHANI TRAP… it’s quite cheap to install but will surely keep the regular visitors on board… it’s my 2nd review.. first one went unnoticed

The service is pathetic and I would not recommend anyone to stay here. They have really less staff. I saw a person on the staff who was making an omelette, clearing and cleaning tables and also cleaning floors with housekeeping staff. The food is average and the breakfast spread is really poor. Just poori,sabji,poha everyday. We came here for a wedding in the family and were embarassed. The bedsheets are dirty, there is no hot water and all in all the service is pathetic.

This hotel hosted my marriage attendees. Mr Pramod ensured a great stay and smooth arrangements for our parties and special functions. The rooftop restaurant is one of the best bar/ food joints in Guwahati. Highly recommend -- Promit and Manisha
