Hotel Green Valley

Location of this property is fine, food places are accessible by walk. The room and bathroom had cockroaches, the overall cleanliness was poor. Wifi wasn't working. Overall, I'd rate the stay as average.

This is a very conveniently located hotel if you have to go all around the town or you plan to do some shopping. Rooms are large with a very comfortable bed with clean linen and plenty of pillows. TV and cable service is very good. Room service is quick, the food is pretty good and reasonably priced. But the complimentary breakfast is just not tolerable, as it is not up to the hotel's standards. There are plenty of restaurants and eateries outside though, from the high end to the food stalls. A must visit is the Mughal Garden, opposite the hotel inside a small lane. Go there if you want the best muslim food to be had in Guwahati.||||There are some issues with comfort though, as the hotel is not new, and maintenance does not seem to be a big priority with the owners. The bathroom fittings have seen better days and need urgent replacement. The window AC made a lot of noise, same with the fridge. Together with the bathroom exhaust fan, there was a racket going on! For sitting, there is a sort of cushioned bench with a flat hard back, and a wide shelf for a table. ||||Overall, the most comfortable activity in the room is to sit on the bed and watch TV. There is no draft from the AC, and you can drown out the noise by turning up the TV sound! ||||Stay here only if you get a good discount on the rack rate.

Pathetic hotel do not waste your valuable money in this hotel rooms bed a dirty and hard doors are not maintained staff has no smile on face they think you come to that hotel thinking as oyo rooms they keep asking you is some els is with you or will come later even after repeated teeling no . You have to carry your own luggage. You will not get food evan after repeated reminders over ph. Landline will not be received at counter so use you mobile. But still no response you will get. You wil even get water for drinking. And if by chance you have booked room with breakfast .. ha ha don't expect good breakfast you wil get out dated food same menu everyday that too you will not even feel like eating by just looking at the food coz it has no taste no salt no softness no cutlery is available in the hotel take all in one plate n spoon ha ha like they don't even have a proper spoon. Third class spoon they have. Bedsheets not washed of your room same dirty bed hard bed no softness of the bed evrything is pathetic don't evn book this hotel by mistake.. I have done this mistake and also seen other people who stayed there every body went out after complaint for the services they don't evn give a single service to you. So pls don't waste your money look at the food rice quality they are providing third class no sorry they don't even deserve third class catagory.. coz they don't have any class . Worst hotel even In my life.. I stayed for 2 days my bad luck as I had paid money before hand so I had to stay i booked my food from swigy zomato they saved me... Warna yeh hotel wale toh pani tak nahi dete tum jitna bhi cal karlo room ke telephone tak ka receiver utah kar side me rakh dete hai taki koi call na ae..GHATIYA HOTEL GREEN VALLEY . This is by far the worst hotel I have ever encountered. If there were an option to give a negative rating, I definitely would. The management demanded full payment before check-in, which was never mentioned in their terms and conditions. My parents and children were left waiting outside the hotel during this entire ordeal. Due to these unethical and possibly illegal practices, we had no choice but to visit the police station for an emergency inquiry. Only after a senior police officer intervened did the hotel staff finally allow us to check in. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I strongly advise others to avoid this place to prevent similar distress.

It was horrible because we got the worst service , If we call for room service they won't respond or will not come for the service. The bedsheets and all were also not clean, no electric kettle and fridge. I will tell it is not worth it.Now if I talk about food quality it was low quality and mostly if u call them for tea they won't provide will give some stupid reasons . So anyone I will request dont visit there for the god sake

As it's on the main road but hotel rooms are pathetic and stinking. Washroom is ok, badings are dirty and spotty, food and other things not available, we hv used zomato. Lift not working during my visit.

The hotel is located in a very suitable place for those who looking for quiet and yet, nearer to the railways station. There is a parking lot for those who wish to use it. People are homely and kind. Worth staying here with little expense in a comfortable place.

Not good at all rooms then overprice and the reception guy had no time to talk properly with the guest bad experience
