Best couple hotel, Very secure and Safe

We had a disgusting unpleasant welcome at the property at first, even after we have paid our rent in advance we were asked extra Money by the receptionist,stating the room rent shows lower in web portals, when refused we were asked to leave the property. That went by,later in the evening we were out and they locked the gate we had to wait for around 30 minutes until they opened the gate. Overall a disgusting experience. Suggestion - Please dont visit this property ever. Zero customer satisfaction, utterly non sense behaviour from the staff specially the receptionist and they were even drunk.

Firstly their nonsense behaviour, secondly condition, of the room. I booked a room from agoda, and it said that the breakfast is included. On arriving at the hotel, they charged us extra saying that we have arrived late (but we had informed them already)so they need extra amount now. After that , we had to go out for dinner at our friends place, and we told them that we may be little late, after we reach the hotel the main gate was closed and we tried calling them 100 times and no response, we waited outside for 1 hr. After so much of calls and all that.finally they opened and let us in. No breakfast was even provided. Stupid stupid hotel, nonsense behaviour, i give a zero for everything 😒

Best couple and family hotel in Guwahati

Horrible experience. They were charging extra money beyond the amount we booked through online. Moreover the TV doesn't work. Even after complaint they didn't resolve. They even didn't provide soaps in the bathroom. Pathetic hotel. Groom your receptionist, train the staffs properly. We are not staying for free. We are paying our hard earned money to stay.
