Bad service.no water.no tv signal Very poor service.

The hotel is perfect for visit if you are visiting with family.The rooms were quite spacious and have all basic amenities like telephone, wardrobe, television etc.Food quality of this hotel is also very good.

Third class oyo lodging demand more money after reaching hotel

Food is just good. 20% added to the bill if you dine, else they sell liquor at MRP. Very friendly staff.

They told me to cancel online booking and do it offline after cancellation they icreithe prices of the room. The staff is not good and the rooms are not good as the prices comes with no wifi and hotel in is in the bakward location it smell so bad near the entrance don't book this hotel especially if you are with any female

At an era where most of the hotelliers treat customers as mere money minting options, I really find Spring Villa to be setting examples as to how a Hotel should provide Quality service at pocket friendly value. The staff is well behaved and has very good training on Customer Experience maintenance. Really a good place to ensure a cozy stay at a good location in Guwahati

Never dare to take a room this place, it will be a night mare for you and your family. We had taken for two rooms and it has full of cockroach, spiders and lizards, I think this place govt have close . He is not having good staff to run this property. We have paid an advance of Rs.1500, which is not refunded. This hotel owner is just wanted to take money on line and just wanted to show this type room so no one will come and take the room. We lost our money . Then we have to take another home stay to stay toninght.Never pay him the money in advance at all. He will never pick up the call.They are cheaters full Reply after seeing your reply. You had told that we have charged Rs.4000/. for showing your property. The biggest mistake is that we have trusted your bogus photos you had send us. Our customer is very important us , that is what we had made immediate arrangements for our guest. You type of cheats are the rotten face of the tourism industry .Making paid reviews trying to cheat us . We don't bother about the money Rs.1500 , we had paid to you as an advance. But we bother about our beloved guest who trusted us. So stop getting money from anyone showing the bogus pictures. There was nothing below one star I can give you.

Not at all worth the price. No spare bedsheets are provided in the room. When asked, staff replies arrogantly and was hesitant to give one. Rude receptionist. And worst service at this price. However, you get good food there. And it's not at all advisable to stay with children. If you do so, stay at your own risk. Na lift hai na saaman lene wala log ..Just horrible experience. WORST!!!
