Hotel Park Riviera

This place is a disaster. Feels like a shabby house pretending to be a hotel. Breakfast is pathetic, tea comes in a paper cup with no sugar unless you beg for it, and there’s no menu — they just charge whatever they want. The cook literally runs away if you ask for food near the end of breakfast time. Rooms are filthy: cockroaches crawling, sheets with burn holes, and curtains that haven’t been washed in ages. The ceiling fan even started burning in the middle of the night, filling the room with smoke — a complete safety hazard! No security guard, no proper staff. If you step out late, the reception opens the gate like you’re a nuisance. Total waste of money. Avoid at all costs. Booked via Make my trip.

Excellent staff. Impressed with quick service, humble snd polite staff. Room services were prompt.||Needs to improve on quality and variety of food. ||Mr Prabhavjeet was a super hero.||Housekeeping services were excellent and one can safely leave room for cleaning without worrying about your valuables. Very honest staff

The person who sitting at front desk in hotel, he does't know how to behave with a customer. He denied the booking which I made by make my trip, even when I did argument about my booking he demanded extra money, such a fraud guy, dont know his name. I requested to the owner (Mr Amarendra) of this hotel, switch off this guy about his duty otherwise he will spoil your hotel. He did so many unnecessary arguments and ignorance of the booking, if you confused about my booking, ask him he will remember the arguments which was held at night 11:00pm on 03 oct25. One thing more this person spoiled the guest about stay in your hotel. No proper room service to the guest.

As i experienced the room was good, neat & clean, sheets were also clean and staff service was also good. Overall Good experience..

Rooms are dirty services is poor the bathroom glass was broken and there were cockroaches in the room when I asked him to change the room he told me just for a cockroach why should I change, when the argument got heated up he did change the room.

I want to rate it 0 but no option for it. Worst hotel ever. They provide used bedsheets & pillows which stink & have stains on it but management refused to change them. Their service is too worst, delayed & horrible. The geyser doesn't work or kettle or something else doesn't work & they refuse to react upon complaint. They say breakfast is complimentary but it will only arrive after repeated requests, begging & complaints after the scheduled time. They do not have a dining. Service is worst- if you ask coffee they will give in a flask & ask us to drink from it rather providing cups. They don't have any dental or sanitary kits & this hotel stays far away from a 3-star badge. A normal clean room in village is 100 times better than this stupid hotel. And there is an old manager who's skeptical about everyone & everything - he keeps checking by intruding personal space. Such chaos is this hotel. STRONG RECOMMENDATION- PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL

They didn't have proper room service. Towels and toilet are very dirty Not with to consider for any ster. We stayed for 2 days but very much unhappy Bed sheets and pillow covers arrange dirty and not bothered for 2 days to change them . I feel it is time to inform corporation and government authority to take some action for such unhealthy and dirty housekiping

The experience I have got with Park Riviera management is more than worst. Kindly avoid any bookings with this hotel It would not be wrong to say that they actually committed fraud with my booking. I had booked the entire apartment 2months prior the stay and deposited advance amount as required. At the time of booking I was told that money would be refunded in case I cancel the booking and inform them in advance.However I had to cancel the booking due to some reason and had informed them more than a month in advance. But inspite of several requests through phone calls and messages they did not refund my booking. The manager personally assured me several times to refund my money but failed to do so on one pretext or the other and also refused to give the owner s number. Even after meeting the manager personally he did not refund the amount nor gave me the owner 's contact number . It is an unpleasant experience and in future also they might committ fraud with innocent client 's money so better avoid such management and hotels. This review is to make people aware of the fraud by Park Riviera.
