Worst Experience Ever, Not Worth the Stay I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. First of all, the water heater wasn’t working, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The rooms were not clean at all — dusty, poorly maintained, and nowhere close to what they show online. But the worst part was the front desk staff. They were rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping, they kept arguing. I clearly told them I would pay half while checking in and the rest during checkout, but they forced me to pay the full amount upfront, saying “If you want to stay, pay everything now.” That attitude alone was enough to ruin the experience. Overall, this place is absolutely not worth your money. Poor service, poor maintenance, and zero respect for customers. I would never stay here again and definitely don’t recommend it to anyone.

This is very close to Guwahati paltan bazar railway station. I have stayed there for 2 days. My experience was average. Stuffs are not very friendly, you have to tell 2-3 times to get your things done. Bathroom was clean but room was little dirty. Bedsheets along with the blankets were dusty. I told them to replace them but the replaed ones are also the same.But i think this is not good for family. So overall average budget hotel.

This place is a complete fraud and an embarrassment. Online booking is meaningless here. On reaching at night, they suddenly had “no rooms” and tried to squeeze extra money offline. The room shown was deliberately filthy, clearly to bully guests into paying more. The reception staff had disgusting, insolent behaviour—arrogant, disrespectful, and absolutely unfit for hospitality. The location is filthy, chaotic, and surrounded by drunk people, with unsafe stairs and zero security. Even while travelling with my husband, I felt unsafe. Totally unfit for women or families. Zero stars if that was possible. Avoid.

Stayed in this hotel for a day. Oh my God. What a worst hotel I have seen. Front desk staff and other staffs were very arrogant, unprofessional and unsupportive. Room was very dirty. Bed linens were with very bad smell. Water heater was not working and despite of complaining no one bothered to check it. No breakfast was available. When I enquired about my reservation with the front desk staff, his first question was "Have you paid ?". This hotel must be closed down by authorities...

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Everything else was disappointing. The staff were unfriendly and quite rude, except for one person who was somewhat courteous. The hotel is overpriced, and the room was dull and uncomfortable. It’s better to spend a little extra and stay at another hotel.

Wrost hotel ever I stay. On the way to Guwahati i stuck in Shillong Traffic jam with my family and friends. My friends and family who is already crossed the jam in evening I told them to find a good hotel nearby Paltan bazar area because we have catch a train two days after midnight. So they reach there at 9:30 pm and search for room. There are so many hotel in this area but because we are 4 family group want to stay in one hotel so room is not available at this point. So my friends ask us if we want stay with two double bedrooms room which is Rs 1600 and my friends already book a room for two days. When I ask them is it clean and good. They show us there room which is little bit clean at that price point. I tell them talk with manager since we are on the way Guwahati we reached at least 11:30 pm. So hold that room for us. But manager told them to pay two days advance booking if we want to stay. At late night with family it is hard to find a hotel that moment. My told me book for one day stay. If hotel room is good we can extend one more day. So I pay one night booking. But after we check in after saw room ok we can adjust one night. But surprise waiting for us when I see the bathroom which is totally unhygienic. so we are book quickly another hotel that night for next day stay. Which is nearly 600 m far from this hotel.

We ended up not staying! While the rooms were nice!! The toilets we not very convincing for the price and also the unprofessionalism of the staff!! Look around for more options, only if emergency you can go for this one

Due to the location I can consider this hotel to stay but the rooms r very improper and dirty the plug points don't work properly the condition of the switches are very bad and the geyser also not working and the room 504 the main door 🚪 lock not working
