Hotel Prince B

The location was the only good thing. Not worth paying 1500 rupees for classic a/c room. Cant work the a/c , tv properly by the serviceman. Switches/sockets were not working. Shower was not working . Room too cramped. No table. No views. Wifi was limited at 2gb per pay.The only good thing was its location.

Worst experience ever. Never visit this hotel if u r traveling in guwahati. Rooms are small with insects and cockroaches. Pillows and blankets are dirty and smelly. Looks like it was never being washed since it was bought. Asked for extra pillow, staff behavior was so bad they didn’t gave any extra pillow at all. I asked for 1 extra towel as we 3 were staying in the room but they denied to give. Staff behavior is also very bad. I travelled so much but never experienced like this. Food is not available there. Nothing is good in that hotel. Try to avoid the hotel .

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. This hotel doesn’t even deserve one star. The room was a complete disaster — filthy, smelly, and totally unhygienic. There were paan stains and dust everywhere, like the room hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The bed sheets and blankets looked so dirty it was obvious they hadn’t been washed for a very long time. The bed had broken edges, and even the table was damaged. Staying here felt like a punishment. I honestly don’t understand how this place is still running as a “hotel.” My genuine advice: avoid this place at all costs.

Extremely Disappointed – Unclean Room and Terrible Service As a business traveler staying in a Deluxe Room at Hotel Prince, my experience was completely unacceptable. Upon checking in, I discovered the room had not been properly cleaned. There was hair from the previous guest on the bed, and it was obvious the bedsheets and pillows had not been washed for a long time. This is a basic standard of hygiene that was completely missed. On top of the cleanliness issues, the TV in the room was also not working properly. The worst part of my stay was the "extra bed" I had paid for. I requested it in the morning but had to ask repeatedly all day. Finally, at 9:45 PM, the staff brought a "mattress"—it was not a bed. This mattress was incredibly thin the regular pillows were also barely 2 inches thick, looked very dirty, and was extremely cheap. The staff's attitude was just as bad as the mattress. They dropped the dirty mattress in a corner of the room and just left. I have taken photos and videos of the dirty sheets, the hair, the broken TV, and the pathetic mattress they provided. This was a terrible experience, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was an extremely disappointing stay. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and had an unpleasant odor. Basic amenities were either missing or not working. Staff was unresponsive and unprofessional, and complaints were ignored. Overall, it was a complete waste of money. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel a few days ago. The location was good and some of the staff were polite.However, there are some aspects where the hotel needs improvement.The cleanliness of the room was not good. If the hotel authorities pay a little attention, the service could be much improved.All in all, not bad at all, but not very good either. It's manageable for those on a limited budget, but you should consider it if you're expecting a good experience.

Very bad experience, rooms are poorly furnisged, dampened, foul smell from toilet seat, ceiling fan regulator doesn't work, blanket torn. Horrible condition of room, can barely survive a single night

Just run away Rooms aren’t maintained It stings , the blanket are dirty , towel not provided, geyser not working Unprofessional staff They don’t provide token for wifi (I don’t want to ask for token just to use slow net which is capped to 2gb per day)
