Hotel Rajendra Residency

Stayed here for 5 days. Since it's one of the two Hotels available at better price in Athgaon, preplanning booking should be done before coming here. I was able to got delux room only for 2 days and later shifted to solo room due to non availability of rooms.

Its a great place to stay in.. i was pleasant when i just arrived a boy just welcomed me in his sweet gesture and the staffs were also very polite and well mamnered.. 🙏 I must say the rooms are clean and tidy so as the washroom is also very well cleaned , freshened , sanitized and well washed. I stayed for two days and the confortness was also good here. Just a 10 mins away from the train station and it is on the road side with a large market area surrounds .. You can reach there.. i would again choose this hotel for my stay there.. Only 1 thing should be improved ... Please provide free water to the guest and don't take charges for that..

I knew that prior to booking the room, there might be a chance of a huge letdown. However, I chose to have a wide-ranging experience while in the country. The front desk was kind and helpful initially but kind of blew it when they went back on us needing a few extra hours into day teo due to a late flight. It was agreed they would charge us 1/2 price. However, that was not the final price. Don't expect a lot here. The primary reason I chose to stay here was to be within walking distance of the Fancy Bazaar area. One thing to consider the noise here, the nearby mosque, has a 2:30 am prayer time and woke me right out of a deep sleep. See attached photos of the lack of cleanliness and need to have better cleaning and maintenance. I don't like giving poor reviews. However, you get to what you give with your product and service. On a positive note they did book out Uber 🤝

We stayed at Rajendra Residency Guwahati Assam. The photo and information given about the room shows all the facilities and the price is also high but when we checked we found out that there is nothing other than the room, the AC doesn't work, the bathroom fan doesn't work, there is no room service, we don't even get a tea and I don't know how the front office staff talks to the guest, Mr Upendra's body language is not good, no one should go to this hotel except me, they are very useless

I never write review but i must say that the rooms were great for 2 people accommodation. I was little skeptically at first but they didn't disappoint us. The only thing I didn't like is they don't clean the room everyday otherwise everything was fine. Thank you for the sevice

Rooms were neat and clean, so were the washrooms. Staff is helpful. Just one con that rooms are bit compact.
