Hotel Royal Palace

Very well maintained Hotel. Rooms are very convenient and clean. Room Service is good. TV and AC is working well. Food is fine especially Poori subji and Poha was good. Even though we vacated by early morning 4.00 am they provide the packed breakfast of Egg Fruit Bread butter jam.

Unpleasant stay, even though it was for 1N. Rooms need to be upgraded and renovated, small bathroom, bed was very uncomfortable esp for elderly people. Lacking Proper cleaning & maintenance. Lunch served (chicken thali&veg thali) was not worthy of mention. Only breakfast served was fine and veg sandwich was quite ok, but hardly any option was there.. moreover did not get grilled sandwich which is easily available nowadays even in home stays. Service was not prompt and lacked eagerness to work. No toiletries provided. Not at all a "Royal Palace". Pros : room tariff is low compared to many others, so if someone wants a little descent place to stay within 2500/- then its ok,and Uber/car comes up to the hotel

We felt homely during our stay at hotel Royal place. This is pocket friendly and value for the money. The location is quite accessible for public transport too. The staff members are cordial and caring. The breakfast seems to be okay but the items displayed are limited and there is no much varieties. I recommend the people for stay in this hotel.

We booked the highest category room in just 2200 rupees. It was very spacious and clean. The room was worth every penny. The food was good too. We ate thali and it felt like homemade food. Property is very well maintained and staff are good too.

Rooms are okay. Bathroom can be better, parking is an issue although parking is available. They kept the hotel quite clean. Price is reasonable compared to other places.

Horrible experience for us. First of all the lady in the reception was positively rude and showed no signs of cooperation. 2. The room was extremely small though it was supposed to be a executive one. 3. The AC was not working and when we asked the manager he came and claimed everything was ok. 4. No power supply in our room for some mysterious reason. Overall it was awfully bad for visitors like us - senior citizens

Most unpleasant experience ever! The room had horrible AC and fan & lack of proper ventilation made our stay extremely uncomfortable and painful. And to top it all our room had no electricity in the morning- whereas the entire hotel had electricity. Not a single person found it necessary to address the problem because we were supposed to check out later that day. The service and behaviour of a woman at the reception was unprofessional. She lied to us about availability of food and didn't show any regret.

Every staff was really nice and rooms were also clean specially the bed was very comfortable, this experience will always be one of the best experiences I had in a hotel
