We recently hosted our son's Annaprashan Ceremony at **Hotel Royale De Casa**, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was beautifully prepared, fresh, and appreciated by all our guests. The menu selection and taste exceeded our expectations. The arrangements were flawless. The decoration, seating, cleanliness, and overall ambience were perfectly managed, making our event smooth and memorable. Everything was well-organized and handled professionally. The hotel staff deserves special appreciation for their courteous behavior, prompt service, and constant support throughout the event. They were attentive to every small detail and ensured that all our guests were comfortable. A very special thanks to **Kangkan**, who supported us from the very beginning till the end. His dedication, coordination, and personal involvement made the entire function successful and stress-free. We truly appreciate his hard work and commitment. Went to celebrate birthday with my friends. The poolside is a great place to chill and party with great cuisines. The staffs were also very helpful and co operative. Loved the place

We hosted our wedding on January 24th at this hotel and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the planning stage to the big day, the team was professional, attentive, and incredibly supportive. The venue looked stunning, the food was exceptional, and our guests are still talking about how smoothly everything ran. A special thank you to kangkan kalita going above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. We truly appreciate all the hard work that went into making our wedding unforgettable. We would highly recommend this hotel to any couple looking for a beautiful and well-organized wedding venue.

The hotel offers luxury at fair prices. The response was excellent right from our enquiry stage upto the time we checked out. Early check-ins were accommodated without any fuss. We wanted day use rooms as well for refreshing ourselves before we rode oit to shillong which mr. Sujith offered at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be going there again whenever we visit Guwahati.

Stayed at this property for one night and overall, my experience was satisfactory. Pros: 1. The hotel is centrally located on Beltola Road, with easy access to Ganeshguri, GS Road, Dispur, and Beltola. 2. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and courteous. They truly made me feel welcome and comfortable. 3. My in-room dining experience was pleasant. The chef prepared the meal exactly as requested, and the service was prompt. 4. The room was decent and equipped with modern amenities. Cons: 1. The furniture throughout the property needs upgrading. From the lobby to the chairs in the room, most pieces appear old and require proper maintenance. This gives the hotel a somewhat worn-out look from the inside. 2. There was moss in the shower, and the bathroom fittings need replacement or refurbishment. 3. The breakfast spread was quite basic. Including options like oats and muesli would enhance the overall experience.

Enjoyed my stay at Royal de casa. We stayed there for two nights. Room was very spacious and clean. Enjoyed their lavish bathroom excellently designed shower. Premises were enjoyable, and well manicured. Staff are polite. We had three meals their breakfast lunch and dinner. All meals were prepared tastefully with many options! Place is conveniently located right across from orchid heritage Center. We also utilized their laundry services, which was very done timely and reasonably priced.

Had an amazing time today for our party. The ambience was lively and well-maintained, the food was delicious and the service was truly commendable. The staff was courteous, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly, which made the celebration even more special. A perfect place for hosting parties and creating memorable moments. I stayed at Royale De Casa, Guwahati on 31st December and checked out on 1st January 2026. While the stay was pleasant initially, the checkout experience completely ruined it. This was deeply disappointing. A hotel that markets itself as a premium property should maintain basic courtesy and professionalism, especially during checkout. It felt as though guests are treated well only between check-in and checkout—after that, respect no longer matters. I had booked the Maharaja Suite, but received no call or reminder for breakfast or checkout due to a non-working in-room telephone—a clear property-side issue. As a result, I woke up late and missed the breakfast included in my stay. At 12:30 PM, a staff member informed us about checkout and agreed to give us one hour to freshen up. Despite multiple staff visits, there was no proper communication from reception. When we were leaving around 1:30 PM, we were informed that late checkout charges had already been added without our consent. Had I been informed earlier, I would have choosen to officially extend my stay instead of being rushed. The response to our query was rude and dismissive. At the front desk, Harideep Dutta behaved extremely unprofessionally and asked us to leave when questioned about his behavior. For a hotel claiming to be a premium property, this lack of courtesy and hospitality is unacceptable. I traveled from Siliguri, West Bengal, expecting a memorable New Year stay, but left very disappointed. I hope the management seriously improves staff training and guest handling.
