HOTEL SILVER STAY

The location was very good. The staff was also good. The room and bathroom was clean. But even after closing the door, there was a little gap between the door and its frame and there was also a hole in the door. So I was a little scared. I hope they fix the door.

A budget-friendly hotel in a great location. The room and bathroom were clean, and the room was quite spacious with two double beds, making it ideal for a family of four. Comfortable stay overall and good value for money.

The reception of the hotel is not upto the mark. The elderly guy in the reception don't know the basic behaviour.

The best thing about the hotel was the hygiene and hospitality. Its a newly opened hotel managed by the owner and one manager. The rooms and washroom were comparable to a well maintained home. Well ventilated, well lit and spacious. The two teamed staff was soft spoken and available for any help over the call or counter. The location too is convenient with a taxi stand nearby and a lot of affordable eateries surrounding the property. Highly Recommended.

I recently stayed at Hotel Silver Stay and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay memorable. Despite being budget-friendly, the hotel offered quality accommodations with a strong emphasis on cleanliness and hygiene. I highly recommend Hotel Silver Stay for a fantastic experience.

A wonderful simple budget Hotel where one would love to stay either solo, couple or with family too. The owner and the staff are really polite and are always at your service. The rooms are clean up to the mark and the beddings and towels are cleaned really well. Though there is no food service, the bright side is you can order food anytime from online food delivery services who will deliver the food at your doorstep. The location is 5 star rated as it's above the main VIP road accessible to Uber, Ola or all other transport services. I stayed here for 3 days and plan to visit again in the near future during my visit to Guwahati.

I booked Silver Stay Hotel through Make My Trip on 24 th April 2024 and paid the full amount in advance. When I visited the hotel with my family at the hotel in the evening, the receptionist informed us that there is no room vacant. When we raised the issue with Make My Trip through the WhatsApp, nobody responded to our request. When contacted on phone, the customer care provided merely lip service with no satisfactory solution. After keeping us waiting for more than one and half hour, the manager sent his attendant to escort us to some other hotel. The so-called hotel they took us was an inn located in a connecting street offering not even basic facilities. When we denied to stay there, the Silver Stay officials guided us to the third destination. By that time it was too late and we had no other option but to spend the night there. That day, we reached Guwahati after travelling for hours from Kaziranga expecting a comfortable stay but all we got was mental and physical distress. The most shocking for me was the insensitivity on the part of Make My Trip that didn’t offer any satisfactory solution to our problem.

The overall experience was very good. The rooms were of decent size, the washrooms were super clean and also the rooms were reasonably priced. Also, the hotel is just located beside the main road connecting Narengi to Six Mile, so it's quite safe staying there and also easy to find. I'd definitely recommend this if somebody is looking for a good stay nearby Sixmile area.
