Hotel Tokyo Tower

Located near Joynagar Charali, Tokyo Tower Hotel is an excellent choice for a stay. In one word, the place is neat and clean. The rooms are quite spacious and well-furnished with a comfortable bed, wardrobe, and sofa. The washrooms are also hygienic and spotless. A great advantage here is that they offer flexible booking options for both 12-hour and 24-hour slots. Complimentary breakfast is included, and the room tariffs are very reasonable. Highly recommended!

The space and sitting arrangements are good. The staff is unruly and the manager was drunk past 9. The caterers were young boys without any proper training| Left out 3 items from the menu earlier decided and charged the entire amount. Upon arguing merely refund a bare minimum for just one item on the menu claiming to have served the rest. Would recommend if you have a lot of known people to look after everything around but in case you have to rely on them, DON'T!

Resturant department are not behaving well also they charge for complimentary breakfast🤦😋,we act like we don't know and they start cheating on us also we show food server laughing on us while paying bill for complimentary breakfast.i have never experience such irresponsible hotel in my entire life 😆.

Very poor service 😞😞 staff and manager should be learnt the manners and behaviour first..manager is always bg on personal ph.cal.dont know to welcome a guest.. rooms are good 👍..

Make sure you check your sheets and pillow cover before check-in because at the end they will blame you for dirty sheets and pillow and will charge you the lady who checks is so arrogant and the extra bill they don’t put in charge sheet better avoid this kind of cheap hotels

Most worst experience. My friend came from north India and he stayed in this hotel. I was really embarrassed because of their behaviour from managerial staff. Really pathetic. They should first learn hospitality.

Worst experience. Behaviour of staff was not acceptable. Throwing plates and food bowl on the table like anything. No maintanence of hygiene. But food was somewhat good.

It's my honest request to everyone not to stay in this hotel. Very bad experience we have faced. They opened up our door after checkin when we are out to visit Maa Kamakhya Shakti peeth then they make an excuse that the door lock has to be repair, so they opened the door. How improfessional the whole staff.... Later we found that our cash were Missing from our bag. The Hotelier don't want to share CCTv footage We have done a police complaint & after lots of bitter talks, request & with support of police they confess that one of the worker have done this. Very very Irresponsible staff, Owner was arrogant too.... Please don't stay at this hotel & be safe if you are staying there. Jai Hind, Joi Aai Axom
