They are Cheaters and fraud. Not giving our refund money back.||We are Travel company and working last 15 Yrs in market But 1st time bad experience with Cheater and fraud Hotel Team . All Travel Partners Beware to Book this Apartment for your guest that you will loose you business , Time , Money . The cheater hotel team after booking will not pick up your call , if you cancel booking they will not give you refund back . Very poor staff , Misbehavior with guest , Dirty rooms , False promise , Ask the guest at the check out time room payment if already paid also , poor communication , at the time of booking show hotel & check in time shifting to apartment .||100% Scammer , Not trustworthy||fraud and cheats people are running this cheap hotel apartment. beware before book this hotel rooms.||There are many hotels near airport and main market surrounding avoid book rooms this cheap hotel.

I had bad experience in this hotel. Hotel rooms are not well maintained in terms of cleanliness. Bad smells coming from Toilet, cockroaches are moving inside the rooms, unwashed bed sheets and towels. Even mirror not available inside the rooms, they didn't provide dental kit even after commitment. The big issue faced that they are very slow in giving breakfast that too after 8:30 AM!!! A bad and helpless decision was to stay here for 1 night.

Room service is good the receptionist is well polite and generous very nice hospitality great service i would suggest this hotel if anyone is reading this satisfied

we had a wonderful time spending here. we had a office conference and the ambience was good. all the staff where coperative and helpful. the hall of the conference room was very much spacious and ventilated. the washrooms were neat and clean. the food facilities downstairs was . keep travelling keep enjoying. stop plastic pollution and keep earth clean.Housekeeping staff well humble and friendly,, Supervisor is a good person and helpful,, booking again 🙏🙏

Not satisfied with the service.atleast toothpaste or else a soap should have been provided and even the bathroom where not that big enough to use it and the sound that was coming i felt like i was at hostel for a second. But the location is good near the beltola charali.

I had a very pleasant stay at your hotel. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The food was delicious, fresh, and offered a good variety. The staff was courteous and attentive, making the overall experience truly enjoyable. I look forward to visiting again.

Very bad room service , no cleaning bedsheet and pillow cover are provided , poor shower quality

Will not visit again. Worst facilities provided by the Hotel. Behavior of stuff like charging every possible way. Water quality is worst. Small room and Confused Hotel stuff will disturb you with their contradictory rules. Only good person is the Gate keeper.
