Overall a decent stay, i visited during work in february. The location is quite central, that comes with a challange that there is a lot of traffic in the area and the neighborhood is a little noisy at night. The rooms are a bit old, kept decently clean. Washrooms can feel a bit dingy. The food is quite good, I had Kolkata Biryani, Assamese Veg Thali and a breakfast. All were very good. Service is good, people are hospitable and welcoming.

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel, with break of 1 + 2 nights. As we were family of 6, we booked 2 rooms. However, the rooms had issues and we requested hotel management to change/upgrade for rest of the 2 nights which they accepted. |Location: Right on Pan bazaar, and have good proximity with Fancy Bazar at walking distance, even Paltan Bazar is near. However, this area could be over crowded at normal hours. This is right opposite to a famous school and may cause traffic jams at school time. Additionally lot of public transport available and near to many attractions like Nehru Park, Ropeway point, Brahmaputra jetty point etc. So centrally located, however, over crowded at times. There are good cafes around. |Property - Overall nice property and small cozy hotel. Rooms are of 3 categories, with open cafe, bar and a restaurant in house. However, room has dampness and ventilation issues. |Room Service - Could be improved on turnaround time however, no major issues on the room service. |Room and Bathroom - Ventilation issue is major as hotel management should look into this issue. Also, the furniture and ambience is quite old. Proper deep cleaning is required for rooms and bathrooms. |Overall, had issue on first day but hotel addressed this as per our issue.

Room ok. Feels very small. No ventilation in rooms and toilet as well and it makes no smoking rooms. Hot water available full day. Food is ok, taste and portion is not worth compared to pricing. Staff is good and helpful, location is very good as it's on main pan bazar road.

For the price they charge, the stay is somewhat a rip-off. The rooms smelled musky, and the blanket smelled awful. The staff was pretty nice, helpful, and accommodating to our needs. The food was also good-the breakfast spread was lovely, as were the live counters. The washrooms were clean. There were no verified restaurants nearby, and honestly, it didn't feel very safe to walk around post dark in the vicinity of the hotel.

The hotel is situated at the heart of Guwahati and provides you a vantage point locationwise whatever the purpose of your trip is. This 3 star hotel (having a pseudo 5 star looks) has a crew of professional attendants to provide top notch services to its boarders. Furthermore, the food one could have here (including the complementary breakfast package) is of sumptuous and wholesome quality.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Mayflower. The overall experience was truly enjoyable the staff were cooperative, warm, and incredibly friendly throughout my visit. My only concern was related to the kitchen service. After placing an order for a dish, I was informed that I needed to go to the kitchen and place the order in person. I’m not sure if this is the standard procedure, if it is, I apologise for the misunderstanding. However, if it isn’t, this is simply an area where the management may consider enhancing the guest experience. (For clarity, this is not a complaint. We did go to the kitchen and ordered certain items from the menu, and everything was served properly to our room. This is only meant as constructive feedback.) Other than that, everything was wonderful. Would I come again in the future? Definitely. Kudos to all the staff. you guys are awesome!

Hi I was stayed just two days back, * The rooms are in terrible condition. Cockroaches are seen everywhere, even on the beds, and the entire place smells of mold, making it extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable. *The shower knobs are damaged and were not rectified even after informing the staff, which caused great inconvenience to guests. *We were very dissatisfied with the food quality. The cream on the cake had an unpleasant smell and seemed old. Most of the dishes did not meet basic quality standards. It appeared as if the customers had no choice regarding food quality. Overall, we are not satisfied with the experience. *I stayed for just one night and left the next morning for my native place. During my stay, I had dinner at a South Indian restaurant near Fancy Bazaar and breakfast at Kamakhya Temple. *This was one of the worst experiences I have had. I strongly suggest avoiding this place for your own safety and comfort. Travel with Sekhar

I had a very good experience at the Mayflower Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is convenient and easy to reach nearby places. The food was also nice, with good taste and variety. Overall, it feels like a pleasant and comfortable place to stay. I would definitely recommend it to others.
