NE Heritage Residency Guwahati

I am Dr. Sanjeev Kumar from AIIMS, New Delhi. I recently visited Assam on an official government assignment to assess the health facilities in the state. During my visit, I had the opportunity to stay at NE Heritage. I am pleased to share that my experience at the hotel was excellent. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The staff members were extremely polite, professional, and courteous in their behavior. Their hospitality and attention to detail were truly commendable. The breakfast and overall quality of food were also very good and met high standards. I sincerely appreciate the warm hospitality extended to me during my stay. I would be happy to recommend this hotel to others visiting Assam for official or personal purposes.

I visited this hotel again on 02/01/2026, and all the staff and facilities at the property were amazing. Everyone was very helpful except the hotel manager. He is one of the worst managers I have ever seen. He just sits at the reception and is unable to do anything properly, and mostly goes to the hotel restaurant to eat. I literally saw him all the time eating and giving orders to the other staff. He wears glasses, and if you see him, I strongly suggest asking someone else to handle your check-in or check-out, as he clearly does not understand how the system works. He also started asking us to leave a review the moment we arrived at the hotel and tried to act very oversmart, even though he does not have the basic etiquette to speak with customers. He told us to give a 5-star review, and the very next day there was no water supply, even though I had an early check-out. The property itself is nice, but this manager should be replaced immediately, as he does not understand the responsibilities of his job. Even the hotel watchman was more helpful than him.

I have come to Guwahati for work and stayed in this hotel from 23.11.25 upto 28.11.25 and thereafter coming back again on 09.12.25 as i have had an amazing stay during my first visit. The rooms are very neat and tidy. Beds are very comfortable for an excellent sleep. Breakfast and main course meals are a delight. Most importantly the location of the hotel is so convenient. Also the entire staff are very friendly and professional. All these amenities at a very budget friendly tariff. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Guwahati, especially if your purpose of visit is within the city radius.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, room with excellent service. Food, cleanliness, facilities and behavior of the hotel staff keep them on the top. The hotel staff was very friendly, cordial and cool as like family members. 😊 ♥️

We stayed in NE Heritage for one night to visit Kamakhya temple. Location is good, close enough to the big temples. Rooms are smaller than they look in photos but it was enough for 2 people for one night. It was clean and bed was comfortable. Service was great, they were very accommodating and friendly. Thank you for the stay!

NE Heritage residency - A beautifully decorated hotel with a warm, homely vibe. The service is excellent, especially Ms. Priyanka Majumder at the front desk—always helpful and cheerful from booking to checkout. Food is good but over priced. Good home-like stays in Paltan Bazar. Rcommended.
