Its very horrible to stay at night Pls never go there with your family every night there was a knock at the window not a penny a night i sleep.even our children had sleep room no.102 n room no.103

Terrible experience...I stayed here for 12- 15 days and paid 1100 rupees per day but it is not worth it at all. None of the room amenities work. Tv doesn't turn on so I stayed without watching tv for 12-15 days. Ac doesn't cool properly even if you keep it at 16°C continuously for 12- 15 days. It needs servicing and gas refilling. Almost all the rooms have some ac issues. Geyser doesn't work in Room 202. Only good thing over here is the staff. They are very polite, helpful and attentive to the customer but they are only employees and have no control over the amenities. The owner must take attention to the dilapidated condition of the hotel and must repair and renovate it immediately. The only reason I stayed here for so long is because my work was 200m from the location of the hotel. There is no wifi in the hotel so it should be added if possible. Lastly, I would like to mention again that all the staff are very good especially Rekib who made sure that my stay was pleasant but certain things are beyond the scope of an employee but they certainly tried to do their best...!!! I will give one star extra only for their effort...!!!

If I could rate it in minus (-) would be appropriate. If you want a traumatic experience please stay here. This is my life's worst ever stay experience. Living in a train's sleeper washroom would be better than this. In few words the Hotel is stinky and pathetic.

I like this residency because it's so silent. Rooms are clean but if you choose the AC room during the summer then it will be better for you. Rate is much cheaper then some lodges in Guwahati.
