Onyx Garden Boutique Hotel

Before I choose this hotel I have confused that I see customer reviews but recently I am stay here I think very nice experience ..rooms everything is good staff behaviour is also very nice food service also very good and tasty . Pls don't see reviews stay here very nice hotel.

Being a family hotel, visitors are not allowed .. that I understand that guest are not allowed to stay but guest are not allowed to meet their guest in the rooms as well .. very annoying . N while checking in it took us an hour to enter into the room because the lock battery was dead. Then there was no one who could carry luggage from the car to the lobby . All has yo be done by us . N when asked about the manager’s or owner number, there was no number. We couldn’t complain about the staff to anyone. Then there was mosquitoes in the room. And washroom is pathetic.

We stayed in Onyx garden Oyo in April for one night before taking a flight from Guwahati to mumbai. The place is centrally located and about five kilometres away from Kamakhya temple. The room is very well equipped, very clean, and the staff is very polite and well trained. We also ordered room service and the food was fantastic. Also the quantity of food was very liberal. Overall,this is one of the best Oyo rooms I have stayed in. It's a complete value for money

I went there one night asking for room. At first the receptionist said rooms are available.. Then as soon as I told him I need room only for me, his demeanour changed and he said no rooms available. Probably one of the most weird experiences I have ever had. And if they have a policy that they don’t serve people travelling alone, they should make that clear at the onset.

So bad hotel and hotel staff behavior is so cheap When visitor come to any work They told visitor not allowed I advise all to not book any room in this hotel

Room are so tiny and staff behaviour are so rude.. Dont book anyone this hotel
