Excellent stay and great service! I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. A special thanks to Sushil ji — he was extremely supportive, kind, and always ready to help. His hospitality truly made the experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service. Would definitely visit again!

My family stayed in this hotel from 17th Nov and checked out on 20th Nov 2025! It was an overall great experience but let me bring it to your attention that we were scammed on the last day of the stay by the front desk associates. They told us that the taxis will go on a strike (uber and ola) and that no taxis will be available as we were to check out early morning at 5:30 am. They asked for an advance deposit of Rs 1000 which was given to them. |The next day my aunty and her family were to check out as well, same information was told to them and an advance deposit was also given. They became suspicious of their tactics and found out that it was false news and no strikes were happening! When confronted, the day shift said that the night shifts were different and they have no idea about it. |Very surprised that such things were happening in such a good hotel! Planned on coming and visiting again but after this experience ‘NEVER AGAIN’.|To anyone planning on staying in this hotel in the |coming future, BE AWARE OF THEIR SCAM! ‘ |Let’s be fair,|I have nothing bad to say about the hotel like the amenities, hotel rooms, cleanliness and food (FnB).

Wonderful experience overall. The hotel is well maintained, the service is excellent, and the staff makes you feel at home. Clean rooms, good amenities, and a smooth check-in process. I would happily stay here again.

Had a wonderful lunch at Chaska with family, a wide spread of culinary items is available to choose from. And Mr. Dhiraj Bezboruah has accompanied us with amazing hospitality. Thank you, will visit again.

Very bad experience. We booked this hotel for a marriage function and got 1 complimentary room with it and booked another room. The room was miserable so small no proper lighting and they charge 5k for one room. The rooms are worth 2k or less nothing more. There is nothing in that small petty hotel that they charge this much money no big lawn, no swimming pool, no proper room service. They charge like its some big resort. We had no essentials in the washroom, when we called room service multiple times no one came. Disgusting. They charged huge money per plate and the manager behaviour was also rude. Please don't host any of your functions in this hotel. Its complete waste of money. You will get much better options elsewhere.

It was great experience to be here with family and friends. The food was delicious, service excellent and ambience nice. Nice place to have family get together and birthday parties.. Amazing experience.

The hotel stay was disappointing due to poor hygiene, unresponsive staff, and maintenance issues (ACs/geysers not working). The dinner experience was also bad, with no one taking orders within the stated timings, and being told to order from outside after the restaurant supposedly closed. Immediate improvement is needed in service and maintenance.
