Guys, if you all going to book it please read it: 1. Its nowhere looks like homestay. (You can call it mini lodge or oyo) 2. No food service. Chai I got worst, maggie I got that also any 3 year kid may cook better than them. 3. Care taker are 2 Boys, age might be 16/17/18. Whole day the play mobile hardly pays intrest on guests. 4. Very very small room with dirty washroom that you might have ever imagined in your life. 5. I booked for 2 nights, but I left it in 12 hours. 6. The rating is 4.3 which they have automated themself. (Zero will also be ashamed to be on their rating) 7. No terrace. Its just a commercial area. No peace. Outside 2/3 bhojanalaya are there but not at all good. 8. Worst than ever. No attached washroom ok , in 1000 rupees. (That's funny) 9. You can rather book Krithi Inn. That's the perfect 10 start homestay with 1000 per night with best Service, facility and home food. 10. Please remove homestay tag and keep Oyo. Because you don't know what an homestay is. Edited: Blanket were very smelly, when I asked them if they washed it or not? They replied how to wash blankets...dude my mother washes blanket alone. Okay if you can't but their is a facility called DRY CLEAN. Bedsheets were dirty as if couples have used it previously and they directly gave to me. Broken fan regulator. Goodnight liquid they gave me which I feel inside normal water they filled, no mosquitoes died. Business k naam pe dhappaa kar rha hai salaaaa!

We visited Guwahati for our family function and booked three rooms for us and our guests in Ri Sun Homestay. It was a memorable stay. Location is very good. Rooms are clean and friendly staff.||||Homely breakfast and one can order authentic Assamese food for lunch and dinner. ||||Owner of the Homestay is very cooperative and helpful. The Homestay is very well maintained, the credit for which goes to his wife.

I had a wonderful stay at Ri-Sun Homestay! The place is not only beautifully maintained but also offers a cozy and peaceful environment, perfect for relaxation. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable—exactly what you'd hope for after a long day of exploring. What makes Ri-Sun truly special is the amazing staff. Everyone is incredibly polite, helpful, and attentive, making sure every need is taken care of. Their warm hospitality makes you feel like you're at home. It's also very budget-friendly, which is a huge plus for travelers looking for a great stay without burning a hole in their pocket. Whether you're visiting solo, with friends, or family, Ri-sun homestay is a fantastic Choice

Well, readers, if you book rooms by checking reviews, DO NOT forget to read this one! The owner's fav statement, "Business is not going well these days ", says that to every customer. I recently spent half a day at this homestay. The owner suggested that if my train was reaching Guwahati early, I should book the room for one whole day so that I can check in at whatever time. So I informed him that my train might reach as early as 5 AM, but not so sure since trains are unpredictable. Fortunately, I reached Guwahati station around 3:50 AM. So I had to call the owner, and he peacefully welcomed. And my uncle dropped me off at the room for my safety and headed back to the airport for his work. Now the horror begins! Check-out time was at 11. I requested the owner to let me stay till 11:30 since my exam begins at 2. I had nowhere to go, and I'm alone in the city. To my disappointment, he disagreed, giving excuses of cleaning the room and it's Sunday. He started complaining about how I woke him up at 3:52 AM. WOW! His tone of disrespect shook me up. I booked for the whole day to his advice when I didn't even stay in the room and only spent 5 hours max and had to check out by 11. If I had to pay full amount for 5 hours, why couldn't he compensate for 30 MINUTES? Rules applied only when it comes to customers, but not when it comes to his decisions!? Holding my dignity and self-respect, I left the room immediately.
