RJB Grand

We stayed at RJB grand for two nights. Pros: 1. The rooms are spacious and with hot water availability and AC. 2. Booked this place from MMT and got 1400 Rs discount which is not available offline. 3. Outskirts so hassle free. Lift is available for elderly. Wifi speed is also good. In front there is small mart from where you can get stuff. Cons: 1. Charges 500 Rs for early check-in but can bargain (though we experienced some reluctance). 2. Toiletries were missing, only one towel was provided in a Delux room of two individuals. Tea cups had kitchen cockroaches. Water bottles were not available even after the MMT description mentioned it to be inclusive. They asked us to pay for it. 3. Even after booking a week ahead of our day of arrival all the rooms were occupied. We were lucky that two groups checked out in front of us. So there might not be guarantee even when you book and pay full price. 4. Resturant food is not good. There is "The Paul's kitchen" which offers very good and moderate to low spicy food that you can go to for affordable food. 5. Body wash and hand wash smelled really bad like Surf Excel (minor inconvenience for us though). 6. Very noisy corridor. The doors make loud sound.

Stayed for one night with family, 1612 rupees including taxes for 1 room night. ||Rooms are small, not all plug point were working, bathroom was small but neat.||Roof top resturant is well decorated but insects come flying. ||I'll give it a generous rating of 4.5/5 just for the whatever it gives for such a low price.||Expecting anything extra at this price is not fair.

I along with my family visited here I have booked double deluxe room the basic amenities in the rooms are missing. Like they do not provide you the electric kettle , they do not provide you the water bottle, they do not provide you toothpaste and brush also the room was not such good they are demanding extra amount for early check in 500 rs per room which is completely different from the amount they mentioned in the app. I ordered the tea for me and my mother, there was an ants dead into it. I haven't seen a pathetic service like there moreover this place is approx 40 kms away from Guwahati city also

Hotel is good. Rooms are neat and clean. Property is not brand new. But maintained well. 20 mins from airport. There is a restaurant at roof. Rates are affordable like food will range b/w 90- 300 rs

Very nice place and good staff especially receptionist....they are so helpful

The best part about this hotel is their service. My stay here for 4 months was made smooth by their efficient service and friendly nature. They are always ready to provide help in any means possible

We stayed in the hotel only for a night, arrived late by around 1:00 am ...staff is cooperative but the rooms were very bad. No sound restrictions/ or sound proof, you will receive sounds from all over, can even listen the sound of person brushing in nearby room....very very bad experience. Some random people/ guests bang on our door 2-3 times n continuously shouting.....even on complaining, no one bothers...never recommend this hotel to anyone

I was staying for a competition for my child actress Waheed Bhawan mersa so I saw this hotel which was near by. Very budget type of hotel.
