We booked at the last minute, and the experience turned out to be really good. The room was cleaned just before our check-in, which we truly appreciated. The bed is spacious and comfortable enough for three people. The bathroom was clean, and the geyser provided reliable hot water. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Parking is available inside the gate, and the presence of CCTV cameras adds an extra sense of safety.

Everything was good. The manager, the staff and the room. Everything was well maintained and clean. They do have a in house kitchen and you should try chicken biryani. Parking available. You may not get the room on booking price as it is not possible for them also to give you the room below 1500.

I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived, and check-in was quick and efficient. Special Thank to Mr Rupam…

Rooms were spacious and clean, bathrooms were also clean. Staff behaviour was good. At a very short distance to the main road. AC and TV in rooms for your comfort. Reasonable with the price , I paid ₹1300/- per night.

I booked the classic room at ₹766, when reached the hotel, I paid ₹1300 because they told at 766 it's not possible to give a room for a night. it's ok, but at 1300 I should get the room which I booked at 766. The room I got is very small. AC was not working. Shower is not working. I'm giving 3 stars only because of their food and staff behavior, otherwise I give 1star. Food as well as staff behavior is so good.

I booked through the app and made payment online. While checking in they refused to give me the room i booked because i have made online payment. They charged another 1000rs from me and gave me another room lower quality. After again talking with the property manager they charged 500rs more and gave me a classic room whether i booked deluxe room . It is very bad on oyo part that they are of no use and no help. Even oyo customer executive hanged up my call twice. This is a scam going on at Oyo and Guwahati hotels. I urge people who are seeing this review not to book any property in oyo at Guwahati. Specially this one.

Loved staying there. We were offered a nice big room that consists of two balconies (one dry balcony). The location is nice. Service was really good. We reached there really late, but still they provided us fresh, hot dinner. Highly recommended, will stay there again for sure.
