The Greenwood, Guwahati : A Luxury Boutique Hotel

Very clean and well decorated premium hotel. Rooms modern and all quality furniture. Had a great gym here.. cable machine, multi functional unit for shoulders and legs, dumbells upnto 25kg and a bench and bar, with plates upto about 70kg total. The roof top terrace resturant and jazz bar both closed when I visited. Also the beds are a little small. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

We celebrated our daughter's birthday in Greenwood and it was a truly wonderful experience. Right from the planning to execution of how we wanted the day to be, it was flawlessly done. Sidharth was our Point of Contact for everything and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was amazing. His team - Ranjita, Jiteshnu and Nur were very very attentive and helped us a lot to make all the guests feel welcome. The food, the presentation, valet parking, general ambience, cleanliness, everything was top notch. Great job by everyone. Many Thanks and all the best!

I recently hosted my Ashirwad & Roka ceremony at Greenwood Resort, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The venue is beautiful, the location serene, and the amenities truly luxurious. The food was delicious and everything was well managed.|A special mention to Siddharth, the manager, who was extremely supportive, right from planning the menu to executing the event within a comfortable budget. His coordination and reassurance made the entire process smooth.|The only minor concern was a small coordination issue, where the hotel staff wrapped up the decorations earlier than scheduled without informing the manager or me. After discussing it, the team was cooperative and resolved the situation.|Apart from this small hiccup, the event went exactly as planned. I had an amazing experience with the Greenwood Hotel. I had hosted a family event in their banquet and to be very blunt, they went beyond expectations with everything. The food quality was exceptional from starters to desserts. Few specific examples can be the Mutton Kosha and the Chicken Yakhni Pulao, with 200 people served the quality and taste remained the same. In desserts, the Tiramisu was amazingly good throughout. Not to forget the hospitality that they provided throughout the entire program was great.

Service of the hotel is too bad. To request something need to remind at least twice. To order something in the room it takes long time to reach.Spa doesn't have enough therapist. Food provided in the breakfast as very cold and poor quality.

I arranged my birthday party in this hotel, there service and food is not good, And the price of the item is same as 5 star hotel, worst experience, i regret to want such a meaningless hotel. No person stomach is filled, Quantity my god 1 plate is like we distribute to a dog. Better you go to nearby Ratnamoli hotel much much better . Don't go after that you regret

My experience with Greenwood is so good that I’m surfing words to describe 🩷. They have everything ready with them for any last minute emergency. The food is unmatchable, so good. A special mention for the manager Siddhartha. He is so amiable, he treated us as his own, did all arrangements with so much of love and ease. And also a staff named Noor Hussain, he made sure we don’t have to worry about anything.

Dining at the on-site restaurant was a delight. The breakfast buffet was elaborate and tasty, with a lot of variety, and the dinner menu offered delicious Indian and continental options. Location: Located in the Beltola area, the hotel is conveniently situated with easy access to many parts of Guwahati. Free valet and secured parking are a major plus if you're traveling with a vehicle.
