I recently stayed at here for a couple of nights on a business trip, and I was really impressed by the vibe of the place. The rooms are beautifully done with warm wooden accents and were spotlessly clean, which is always a huge plus. What truly made the stay comfortable, though, was the staff—they were incredibly polite and always ready to help out with a smile. ✨ One thing I particularly enjoyed was the soft music playing throughout the property; combined with the thoughtful design, it made for a really relaxing atmosphere to come back to after work. However, there are a few practical bits to keep in mind: the food was a bit basic and the menu felt quite limited for the price, likely because it’s a smaller boutique hotel. The parking area is also quite tight, which could be a bit of a squeeze. 🚗 Despite those minor drawbacks, the overall experience was very pleasant. It has a level of character and peace that you don't always find in standard business hotels. I’d definitely choose to stay here again next time I’m in the area! 😄

This hotel is an off-beat place better than the existing 5-star hotels in town! The rooms are spacious with HD TV channels, a fully stocked bar and expensive, a good looking entrance and lobby. The restaurant serves good food. Portions are large. Rooms equipped with a safety safe locker, toilet amenities and good comfortable beds for a good nights sleep. Parking is limited and that can be a problem. Staff are warm and responsive. Overall stay- good.

We’ve just had a very comfortable and lovely stay at this hotel. The food, service, rooms, and facilities are excellent! The staff are really warm and welcoming, the beds are super comfy and the shower was incredible- such great force! Would highly recommend.

The hotel has a beautiful entrance and dining area. However the rooms are quite dated and since it's in a busy part of town, you should expect to hear noose from the traffic when you're in your room. Overall, it's clean and it is relatively comfortable.

Srijana, in the Amoda Spa within the hotel was an exceptional therapist. I myself am a therapist and Srijana’s treatments I received were some of not the best I’ve ever had. |I recommended the spa to everyone else in my tour group, and all of them advised me their treatments were amazing.|I sadly only had time for a back massage and a reflexology foot massage during my over night stay. Srijana kindly came into work early to perform my reflexology treatment as we had an early flight to Delhi.|The spa is tucked out of sight behind a large mirror in the entrance way. Beautiful treatment areas inside. Highly recommend

Uncaring staff, lukewarm soup. The Caesar salad was pathetic. The pork ribs too sweet. The tiramisu was awful. The restaurant used to be good. Now it's just overpriced. Won't go again. Many other options around these days, all better than this.

Visited Guwahati Address for dinner yesterday. It’s a hotel with a fine-dine restaurant, a bar and a cafe that has a pleasant ambience and courteous staff. However, the experience was slightly disappointing this time as the air conditioners were not working. A pedestal cooler was placed instead, which made the environment a bit warm and uncomfortable for a fine-dining setup. The food overall was decent — most dishes were tasty — but the Chicken Malai Tikka was dry and hard inside, so we had to return it. The Chicken Noodles too felt a bit drier than it should have been. The staff were polite and handled the situation well, which was appreciated. Prices are on the higher side, and for the premium rates charged, I expected a more comfortable dining experience. Hopefully, the AC issue and food consistency will be addressed soon, as the place has good potential overall.

There wasn't anything as such to complain about the room without sounding like a snob but for someone who spent close to 13K for a single night, let me just point out somethings you would actually expect for that kind of money. 1. We had about 7 bags with us once we reached the hotel. Out of that, I had to carry 5, I don't mind carrying but being a 5 star hotel, I wish the respective people would've carried it for me. 2. A pool would've been nice for such an expensive place. 3. The breakfast buffet was a big let down but I would give top marks for the dahi, my friend and I had some 3 small cups each from the buffet before 9 AM and they stopped refilling it. When we asked for 1 more each, they were reluctant to give it and we had overheard them making fun of us for consuming so much dahi, they could've atleast gone to the back area before they laughed about us for belting on the dahi.. 4. The toiletries is the bathroom was underwhelming with some mediocre quality products whereas places like Novotel, holiday inn which is 4K or more cheaper offers much better products. 5. While I plugged in my mini speaker for charging, the DB master switch tripped and unfortunately I suffered a minor injury to my knee hitting a table or something in the dark. Once again, not something you expect from a fancy hotel These problems I mentioned aren't something that causes any trouble in staying over but I can literally spent the same kind of Money and rent out a pool Villa in a resort in Kumarakom with much better amenities. Now the positives:- 1. The room is large, we had a spacious balcony but the view was the flyover bridge in front of us. It's a vibe to chill over there . 2. The bathroom was large with nice and luxurious space all around. 3. Chain restaurants are close by .
