The Hotel Palacio

Our stay at Hotel Palacio was fantastic. I must commend them on the consistency and ambiance they maintain. The staff is quite adept at recognizing guests based on their spending level and treating them accordingly. Reception - The check-in was smooth. Ms. Bunty managed everything perfectly, from handling guest requests to ensuring their comfort. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was well-stocked with hand soap, shampoo, body wash, a dental kit, and a comb. The food at this hotel was delicious and excellent. We had to leave early, so we couldn't have breakfast, therefore I can't comment on that experience. The mini-fridge in the room had chocolates, wine, and cold drinks available, but you would have to pay significantly more than market price if you used them. During checkout, the manager also requested that we review the hotel, which I am now doing.

A good business hotel, but for the tariff, not value for money. The rooms are spacious, tidy and well kept. The restuarant has a large spread, though the add-on buffet breakfast is a little limited. The hotel is very inflexible regarding early check-in / late check-out requests - they charge for every additional hour of late check-out which for the high tariff was a bit unthoughtful.|The property is good, but for the high tariff, there are better budget hotels of similar luxury at better prices.

Room service and housekeeping are excellent, with staff being exceptionally friendly and attentive. The Block-B building offers a peaceful, cozy, and comfortable atmosphere. The property has ample car-parking space and is well located, making it convenient for guests. However, the absence of attached washrooms near the conference hall on the second floor (Block-A) is quite inconvenient and could be improved for better functionality. Block-A is abit too noisy with club

I'm still fuming about my terrible experience at this hotel 😡. I was there during the New Year's and Christmas holidays, and their top-floor club was blasting disco music till 4 am. I called reception multiple times, but nobody responded. After what felt like an eternity, they finally said they'd shift me to another room where it might be quieter 🤯. Might be quieter?! They asked me to pack my stuff and move rooms at 2-3 am. Are you kidding me?! I had a 10 am flight the next day and needed some sleep. Their idea of "handling" the situation was ridiculous. If you're planning to stay here, call ahead and ask about their club hours. Trust me, you won't sleep a wink if they're blasting music till the wee hours. 😴 Don't say I didn't warn you!

firstly, this is the third longest stay at Hotel Palacio and has been amazing. i should admire the consistency and the aura they have maintained. Reception - Smooth Check in Ms Banti manages well from guest tantrum to ensuring comfort of the guest. Rest all of the team members are totally exceptional Rooms - totally Clean room worth for the Penny Toiletries - hand soap ; Shampoo, Body wash, Dental Kit , Comb all top notch House keeping - The staff is well trained and has been very meticulous in planning of cleaning room, swift and quick. Got to admire the quality of towels. Food - Palacio has been fantastic and has maintained food quality Chef are personally involved in ensuring guest taste buds are comforted. Spl the chef Kuldeep for his continental delicacies & Chef Bisjit for south Indian is super hit. the supporting staff Ms.Anjali , Mr.Gaurav has been receiving the guest well for break fast as well as for dinner. F & B Manager - Mr.Meljoey maneuvers his resources well and in an organized manner. His skills are exceptional while he handle the Sunday brunch. the food is totally amazing and totally worth. Last but not the least this has been totally exceptional stay with comfort, good food and the supporting staff.

The Room arrangements are okay, but the maintenance need to be upgraded and timely repairs of defective panels, tapes, etc. The services and staff are excellent, appreciate their prompt responses. Finally the location is prime and hence should look more into how to make it more accessible to all range to people. Thank you for the stay and services.

Stayed: 17–19 Nov 2025 Issue faced on: 18 Nov 2025 This was my second visit, and unfortunately, it was disappointing. Room Service: Even after requesting room cleaning, the room was left exactly as it was. Very careless service. Abbacs Restaurant: The dining experience on 18 Nov was very poor. All the waiters were busy attending other guests, and no one bothered to attend my table. After 10 minutes, one waiter finally came. I received my soup 20 minutes later, while guests who arrived after me were served earlier. The main course took another 15 minutes, and when I asked for an extra roti, no one was paying attention. The roti arrived without butter, and by then my main course had already turned cold. Overall, the dinner experience was spoiled mainly due to poor attention and service. Food was okay, but the service needs serious improvement.-Sandip Mevada
