I have visited on 11 jan 26. The hotel sevice are so poor. No drink water inroom.no sleeper in room. I am advance paid to breakfast money and do not provide breakfast.no cell in a TV remote.I am check out morning 06.30 and there are no body in reception.

Excellent Stay at Cygnet Imperial I recently stayed at the Cygnet Imperial and had an exceptional experience. The hotel is very spacious, offering a sense of openness and comfort as soon as you arrive. The rooms are generously sized and come equipped with all the modern amenities one could need, making my stay incredibly comfortable. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Their service was simply outstanding. Special mention to Prakash, Anupraya, and Manab, whose attention to detail and warm hospitality made the experience memorable. The buffet breakfast was another highlight—an elaborate spread with a wide variety of items on the menu. It was an excellent way to start each day. Overall, I would highly recommend Cygnet Imperial to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-serviced, and delightful stay.

I WARN EVERYONE TRYING TO BOOK THIS HOTEL. I saw this property on Goibibo and trusting the star rating we decided to go here from the airport. We reached here around mid-night, and the place was all dark and locked so we called the hotel guy, he did not pick my call but when my partner(female) called him, he picked up and told her to not make booking online and come directly. Our gut feeling had already started to tell us to not stay here. We were sitting on the staircase of the ATM and the guy kept calling back on my partners number even after rejecting the call. Then he came down to us and he seemed a little drunk to me but I thought I might be wrong and then he told us to atleast have a look. We thought to check it out as it was dark and there were not many options. On reaching the 4th Floor, at the reception we heard loud noises from the third floor as a party was going on as it was connected with the 4th Floor. Then when the guy showed us the room. Me and my partner entered the room and the next moment he walked out and closed the door from outside, maybe trying to lock us in. My reflex worked and I held the door handle and did not let him do it and then he started saying that he was making us check if the noises were audible when we close the door. He could have also come inside with us and closed the door and showed us the same thing but he did the other way. Please do not stay at this place!

BE CAREFULL PEOPLE!!!!!! Before booking NOT SAFE FOR GIRLS...I had the worst experience in this hotel like we were three of us (my mother me and sister)staying there and all of a sudden a guy gives calling bell at 12am and tells u that u ordered something open the door and inspite of repeatedly telling him from inside the closed door he called us through telephone again!!! Above all someone bangged our door at 2am and 3am in the morning. That same night and we didn't sleep anymore!!!! Worst experience of my life. And never ever going back again! Not a safe heaven for female occupants!!!!

Inaugurated on 26th Dec 2020, The management of this hotel is very supportive. Completely run on OYO, I believe this can be the best place for people searching for hotel at the heart of Guwahati, the terrace restaurant is really very beautiful and well maintained. Worst check-in experience! Worst and bad service in Guwahati. Never book this hotel they claim they're in OYO but denied checkin when we reached the spot and denied refund as well. They said they don't accept OYO bookings. Delete yourself from OYO scammers. Here's the keywords- BEST WORST HOTEL IN GUWAHATI SCAMMING PEOPLE IN THE NAME OF OYO.

Newly opened space at the top floor of Oyo Imperial Inn Hotel. Decent number of veg and non veg items are available. Food preparation time though takes longer than usual. Staffs are courteous. Expect some improvement in the services as the number of visitors swells. Lots of scope for improvement.
