The Lily Hotel

I had a wonderful experience staying at this 5-star hotel. From the moment I arrived, the front office team was extremely kind, courteous, and professional, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, which made my stay truly relaxing. Housekeeping deserves special appreciation for their attention to cleanliness and hygiene. The hotel offers excellent facilities,all of which are well managed and easily accessible. The food was outstanding-delicious, fresh, and with a good variety to suit different tastes. Every meal was enjoyable and well presented. Overall, this hotel perfectly delivers luxury, comfort, and warm hospitality. I truly appreciate the staff's dedication and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a premium and memorable stay. I look forward to visiting again.

We had a wonderful stay In Hotel lilly, which has recently been upgraded to a 5 star 🌟 hotel. And from our experience truly refects that they Deserved it. The hospitality was very warm and attentive. The room was spacious and cosy, food was very good. And enjoyed a lovely pool side party. We would love to stay here again

The rooms are cozy with providing all the amenities and the hotel has a good gymnasium and a nice pool. The breakfast spread is lavish . The location is good. Had a good stay at The lily hotel in Guwahati which is recently upgraded to a 5***** hotel. Very relaxing and nice stay. Amazing service ,Very polite ,humble and supportive of all the staff . Zero star! Booked two rooms on 5th and 6th March 2026. A fire went out in the kitchen on 6th but the fire alarm failed. Luckily I went out and found smoke everywhere and saw a hotel boy running towards our room. Ran down the smoked filled stairs with two children aged 2 and 3 months old. Don't stay in base model 5 star hotels is what I learned from this experience.

I had an official dinner at the Maple of Lily Hotel. This is the first time that I visited this hotel. The food was good. Also the service. The hotel was decorated for Christmas which really looked lovely. I didn't stay here so can't comment on the rooms. There were many visitors from outside Assam which reveals the popularity of this hotel. A cute coffee place was there in the ground floor. One could also buy sovenirs from here. Overall i would say it was nice 👍

The rooms are very clean and spacious. The ambience, quality of food and spread at Cilantro restaurant is amazing👍✔️. We we're served by Mr. Mainuddin Ahmed and Ms. Nikki. Both are courteous, prompt and are providing excellent service!Overall an amazing experience!
