The Vista Residency

I had a comfortable 2-night stay at The Vista Residency in Feb 2026. Spacious room, clean bathroom, attached balcony, secure parking, inhouse restaurant with reasonable rates, helpful and courteous staff all provided for a value-for-money stay. Will come again.

This place is a decent one to stay with your family or friends with attached balcony with rooms. The bathroom is spacious,the rooms are clean and the interior is soothing. AC properly working and staff are really very humble. You get food at decent price here itself. I prefer to order online but this time I had food from their inhouse kitchen itself. Must visit here if you're finding a soothing and calm environment mid of town.

Our 5-day stay at The Vista Residency, Guwahati was absolutely delightful! The rooms were impeccably clean, well-maintained, and offered a cozy and comfortable ambiance. The staff deserves special mention for their hospitality—they were always courteous, helpful, and went the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant experience. One of the highlights of the property is its ample parking space, which is a big plus for travelers arriving by car. The location is convenient, and the pricing is very reasonable, making it excellent value for money. Overall, it was a hassle-free, relaxing stay for our family. We would highly recommend The Vista Residency to anyone visiting Guwahati and will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Booked the hotel after reviewing the reviews but it turns out very unexpected. Rooms are not as good as it shows in google, dirty and leaking bathrooms and the service provided was not good, kept asking but not fulfilled.. WiFi provided but service very poor, keeps disconnecting my work.. On top of that , there was group of typical south indian joint family who keeps talking all night with their rooms opened . No manners and civic sense! I felt like I slept in the corridor since the door was not properly aligned to the ground..
