Not even One Star. Dont think of going there.Scanty small rooms broken doors. No room service, arrogant receptionist doesnt have sense of talking to guests. They dont even provide basic things. Not even a bottle of water is given. Some rooms even locks are broken. They dont even deserve one star , Grand Majesty was a good hotel earlier now nothing not clean, unhygienic, dirty linens. just taking money and not providing any service.

Large ac rooms, good Oyo toiletries, cheerful and helpful front desk. On a busy road, but a little away from everything. Looked safe and woman friendly. ||Housekeeping is perhaps not it's strongest points, the bed linen looked a bit tired and smelled stale. The staff attending to the rooms were a bit unpolished.||Good WIFI, but with a complicated log in process. It is also not connected to a battery backup with the result that each time the power goes it disconnects and you have to re-log in. This happened often.||The hotel tends to host weddings and on those days it is noisy with children running around.||The food is good, though on a spicy side. But the staff can tone it down for you. Breakfast is complementary, frugal and eggs have to be paid for extra.||The restaurant is on the ground floor and managed separately, though works very much as a part of the hotel with room service. However, each service has to be paid for individually, even one cup of tea sent to the room, which is strange and inconvenient.||Will I repeat this hotel? Yes, I will, if it is for a day or two in transit. For business, it's a bit away from everything. ||This is by far the best budget hotel among the four that I have stayed in till now in Guwahati! |

*1/5 stars - AVOID Hotel Grand Majesty* I'm extremely disappointed with my stay at Hotel Grand Majesty. I booked 2 rooms through Agoda, but the experience was far from majestic. - *Misleading Check-in Policy*: They charged me ₹1000 extra for early check-in, despite their website stating 24-hour check-in and check-out. - *Non-functional Amenities*: Fans and ACs weren't working, and they didn't provide breakfast despite charging for it. - *False Advertising*: The TV shown in the image wasn't available in the room. - *Bigger Lie, Bigger Disappointment*: The rooms were a far cry from the images, they were in terrible condition. I urge others to think twice before booking Hotel Grand Majesty. Their customer service was unresponsive, and I'm still waiting for a refund. *Agoda, please take note!*

EXTREMELY HORRIBLE. Initially provided room with fungus all over then changed and given new room which was again mess. Bed sheet not changed. Washroom dirty corners of rooms full of ashes. Phone placed in floor so you have sit in the floor and call. AC not working no television even after saying there would be one in the room dirty floor not cleaned. Altogether provided a dirty room and wheb told to change they took 1 hr after scolding shouting they went to clean and cleaning took an hour. Wasted my money and time I will provide the video too. Cleaners were good well behaved but the manager my good. Hotel looks good only from outside

We had one of the worst hotel experiences ever at Hotel Townhouse Grand Majesty, near Medicity, Hatigaon. Our flight was delayed and we reached around 1 am, completely exhausted. The receptionist was rude and absolutely unhelpful from the start. The room we were given was filthy. There were blood stains on the pillow covers and bedsheets (we have photos). When we asked for a change, the new pillow cover also had blood stains. The staff casually said the stains don’t come off after washing! No clean bedsheets were provided even after repeated requests. All this went on till around 2.15 am, while we were just standing there tired and frustrated. The blanket was dirty with weird marks, and the toilet seat had stains that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. The AC made loud noises the whole night, making it impossible to sleep properly. Honestly, this place is a nightmare. The good reviews here look totally fake because our experience was nothing like what’s written. My wife and I had our stay completely ruined. If you value your comfort and hygiene, please stay away from this place. Do you really want your family to go through what we did? Totally not recommended.

Very bad service.Stayed there for 3 days. Was on buffet service. Food quality was okayish. And they have limited dishes like 2 sabji and rice. Breakfast was same everyday. Had to call 9 times even for complementary water bottles. Shower knob was missing from the faucet sorry broken, forget to mention. They have a good property but maintained poorly. Just pathetic!!!!!asked our company vendor to change the hotel ASAP afterwards for any stay. Everyone expect best stay experience and in my case I had the worst experience. Don't go by OYO. Just fake images all around.

Very bad and worst experience I have faced in this hotel.. i booked through oyo that I have visited guwahati for my mother's treatment.. when I arrived their on of the staff first told me to do whole payment then he saw me the room , this room was completely opposite the picture that I have seen in the oyo app.. the room was dirty, then the manager came he told me to adjust this night only.. tomorrow they will provide us another room ..we deny that..when I wanted our money back they gave us so many reasons.. I have a faced worst experience.. I am ready to take legal action but oyo refund our money.. though we didn't get back our 300 money..oyo refund my 4077 rupees..the thing is not about the money.. first thing one of the staff told me that your booking room is already alloted to others...then manager told me to adjust one night.. then again the manager told the staff to shift us Other room.. but already one of the staff told us that the room is not available there .. I am surprised to see the pathetic room condition which is totally opposite the picture that I have seen in the oyo app of this hotel.. and the manager also told me that he was an experience person in the line of hospitality.. but unfortunately his cunning wala smile is not acceptable at all .. I can't say that it is a hospitality wala smile.. btw forget about the smile the way he was dealing the issue is not acceptable..he ignored the whole matter and try to adjust us only.. my mother was sick at that time and I have a worst experience that I have faced after doing a long journey in this hotel.. the hotel is dirty and management is a worst management.. please check your hotel rooms before your payment.. I have found my payment from oyo..after talking so many conversations with the customer service executives.. but it is really a harrassment..from oyo i think they should cross verify the hotel.. and I request the hotel owner.. please visit your hotel..once in a week at least to see pathetic room conditions and also tech your staff and managements to deal with the customers please in a proper way.. don't take money before see the room condition and please at least do a good maintenance of the room..

Pathetic service. Didnot given a towel,a water bottle also. The rooms are too much dirty, even many times request for the towal but not provided. The receptionist is not a professional person. Got too much pathetic experience. Paid for full day but check out after 5 hrs. The room condition was too much disgusting . I have clicked photos that for proof. I will never visit next time.
