Zen Garden by TM Group of Hotels

Pros: location, quick service & good breakfast buffet, clean bathroom Cons: Terrible bedding quality, very small room even smaller bathroom, very small or no window in some rooms & no exhaust in bathroom so feels suffocating. Bathroom was clean but the soap dispensers had fungus building inside. We were to stay for 4 days but left in 2 because couldn’t sleep or breathe well in the tiny boxy room.

Wonderful experience, my son totally enjoyed the place. Staff is very respectful, and attentive to the customer's request. Smiling faces, good food and great Vibes.

Hotel location was very good as I booked it to stay close to Khanapara Vet Ground for Post Malone’s concert. The room was small and the bedding was terrible - both pillows and the mattress were nothing shot of a misery. Service staff was cordial but there’s nothing they could have done so they apologised.

The rooms are ok but the room service is very poor and un responsive. Ver unprofessional. ||Breakfast is not buffet. You have to order for the same and God know if it will be serve to you or not. ||I ordered breakfast at 8:15 AM. At 9:30 PM I had to leave the hotel without having breakfast. The Manager was sleeping in a room behind the reception. He didn't have the courtesy to ask sorry for the poor service.

The staff here is good and polite, and the location is also at a good place. However, the rooms need improvement. My room was wet and had a noticeable smell, and the space felt quite small. They don’t allow outside food, and their services are not available in the morning, which is inconvenient. The room locks were also difficult to open and close. During winter, the bedsheet provided was not enough to keep warm. Overall, an average stay with room for improvement.

I had a very disappointing stay at Zen Garden Hotel, Guwahati. The room was below average and did not justify the price at all. Despite booking a superior double room, the room was very small, old, and had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom fittings were broken and outdated, and there were no tissues provided either in the bathroom or the room. On top of that, the fan was extremely noisy, making it difficult to rest properly. Overall, the property feels poorly maintained, and my stay was uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Good things - location and the fact that there was ample hot water in the shower; NEGATIVES - rooms are too small and smelly, plus there were cockroaches and mosquitos. The washroom was also very small and lacked proper ventilation. Overall it wasn't a good experience at all considering the price paid. Also, they say they do not allow outside food via apps but at the same time their kitchen is almost non functional - not even a cup of tea available in the morning before 8.30 am, nor half the stuff listed on their in house food menu available at night. And if one feels hungry and has to order thru apps one has to "seek permission" from their management to do so - DISGUSTING.

The hotel is clean and very well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful.. Had a good experience staying there. Best option for affordable budget friendly stay
