Baskin Robbins

A very good ice cream place and they have a lot of exciting choices of ice creams. The place has amenities for you to sit and enjoy your food. The service is good, the price is reasonable, the staff is well maintained and behaved. Overall a 👍 if you want to grab ice cream. I had the blueberry and white cream combo which is a good choice if you want to try out but a friend thought it would be a good prank to throw some hot chocolate in it. Anyways it tasted 👍

Went there with my husband and child. Bought three icecream for us and sat there to eat. When we realise that the child can't finish the whole ice cream we asked for a bucket to put it and take it home. The persons managing then started to tell me that they can not give us the bucket as they were only for sale to those who buys the bucket ice cream. I told them that i am ready to pay for the the tub of ice cream but asked to just to give the tub. But without saying yes we can or no we can't they just ignored me. Both the persons are like not responding and i waited there like 5 minutes without them answering anything and showing me there back like they are doing something while the ice cream was melting. I again asked them can he atleast give a packet or something, then one of the person handling icecream looked at me and said like i was irritating him by asking for his service with money that where will i put it in the most rude manner. I was still talking to him in a polite way that i just want a bucket or packet and i will pay for it. Then he went outside like i am annoying him. Then my husband got angry and confronted the other one as why they are behaving like that way. We live in uzanbazar so we went in our plain clothes just to get some family time so they were behaving like we are beggars or someone who can't even pay for the bucket only. We even offered to pay for the tub of ice cream without even the ice cream or anything but they were like judging us how we are gonna pay for it. Very bad experience. They judge you by looking at you.

Ice creams are obviously good but the real issue is the attitude of the persons serving the customers there. They are reluctant to speak, very rude behaviour while serving and when I asked for a separate cup as my kid couldn't finish her ice cream and told the person serving that I will pay for the same he asked me rudely that who will transfer the ice cream to the cup? Obviously it's him but if he wants then I would have done it by myself but he didn't say anything more and never supplied another cup and was not willing to help me out, even when I said repeatedly that I am willing to pay for any extras. His name I cannot recall but his surname is Baruah, as stated by the other person who was also serving. Really felt bad that in this time and era when people have progressed in so many sectors the one thing we can't do is work on ourselves and treat another human like our own.

Ordered Almond Delight sundae (Rs 190). It just tasted great with the warm brownie and cold ice cream with chunks of almonds and the thick chocolate syrup. Everything was just too good. The staffs behavior was also very good. Would love to visit again and try other things as well. Do give it a go if not tried yet.

Well to be honest The ice cream quality is going to be the same all over the wold but my 5★ experience goes to the staff!! I I miss placed & left my stuff there & on the way back when I recall what the blender I made I quickly Google and call them up & they collected & kept my stuff & returned me safely when I got back... So I guess this is something everyone can learn from the kind of customer service Goodwill we need & what to do if ur in this kind of situation !!! ... Thanks Again...🤗

After all, Ice cream makes everyone happy. The service and the Atmosphere is nice. The only issue I found here is that they don't have a big menu board, so it was difficult to check for the various flavours and their price. I don't know whether it's only here or in every outlet. But I think this need to be solved. Other than this, this place is really nice.

One of the best BASKIN ROBBINS outlets in the city located at a Porsche place near the planetarium. The atmosphere is good as the space is very spacious and can occupy a lot of people . The sundae was awesome the biscoff slice was heavenly. My all time favorite is Gold Medal Ribbon. A perfect place for hangout with friends for some sugar delight.

Courteous staff. Wide range of ice creams are available. Perfect seating arrangements. Walk in and satiate your taste buds with the awesomeness of lovely ice creams!
