⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) Keventers – Uzanbazar, Guwahati Time Taken & Quantity: I ordered a Sundae priced at ₹169, and it was definitely worth it. The taste was really good and the quantity was satisfying. The preparation time was quick, which made the experience even better. Service: Service was fast and smooth. Staff were polite and efficient, making the overall visit pleasant. Menu Items: They have a good variety on the menu with plenty of options to choose from—shakes, sundaes and more. Easy to pick something based on your mood. Cleanliness: The outlet was clean and well-maintained. Good hygiene overall. Parking & Seating: Parking might be a bit of an issue in the area, and there’s no seating space available. It’s more suitable for quick takeaways. Overall: A great place for desserts and quick treats. Would definitely recommend if you're nearby. Rating: 4/5

Keventers Milkshakes are a blessing! Even though it might seem to be too pricey for a milkshake, but its totally worth it. I had ordered Chocolate Hazelnut milkshake with classic honey waffles - the perfect combo. The milkshake wasn't too sweet that you feel your teeth falling off but sweet enough to hit the right spot. The milk is rich and creamy but not too thick at the same time. The waffles were crunchy on the outside and soft chewy on the inside. Next time you crave for a milkshake - Keventers is the place to be :)

Good taste and flavours in the new iced beverages. Kala khatta & aam panna are must try. Dine in not available only take away or you can enjoy your drink by road side.

Worst customer service. The staff are very rude and unprofessional .

I have experienced a horrible andcride behaviour from the staff. I made us wait 2 and half hours to take the order. At 7:30 pm they refused to take our order saying they have stopped taking order. And asked me to come after 2 hours. When I again went at 10:00 pm, they again refused to take the order, saying we'll have to wait for another 1 and half hour to place the order. And after that to prepare it'll take another 1 hour. Myself and friend along with our 2 kids of 4 years old visited the place to make their children's day special. But unfortunately we had to return with extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment. And finally we could not take waffles for our kids inspite of visiting twice. This is their service to their customers. If they are not being able to handle crowd then they could have kept more man Power for smooth functioning. Otherwise, they should not have given these kind of stupid children's day offer. I'll never visit again. Disgusting behaviour.

A wide variety of flavoured milkshake available here. It tastes good and a perfect way to beat the heat during summer days. But no place to sit and relax. Its near the pavement so expect some queuing. The bottle are nice but the price is on the expensive side. Service is quick though. Small shop yet very neat and clean. They give a huge importance to cleanliness and hygiene.

Sundaes & ice creams from Keventers, a summer treat as always. Enjoyed our share today after returning from a dentist's clinic!

We tried both CHOCO-CHIP & CHOCOLATE with HAZELNUT flavors It was really yummy & we left heaven in every sip.. We just Loved it. Waiting to try new flavors again..❤
