This is my 3rd time in this cafe. As someone in their late 40s, i believe in clean eating. I have had various desserts in big name cafes, but this one really knows what they are doing. Yes, it's pricey, but so are the cafes in Uzan Bazaar. Would prefer to have the healthier choice instead in the same price range. Having travelled, I know the difference between actual chocolate & compound & they definitely are true to their menu. If anything you guys have improved with each visit. To the ones reading this review, do not judge by reviews, go there, have the taste, only then you will know. My personal recommendation- Butter Millet cake- 10/10 Basque Cheesecake - 11/10 Bean to Bar - 9/10 Tiramisu - 9.5/10 Thai wraps- 10/10 Cappuccino - 9/10 I wish you guys will keep the quality consistent & be like other big cafes. More power to you♥️

I recently heard about this new cafe and felt curious to give it a try. The space is quite small and offers limited seating, but the warm and cozy atmosphere genuinely makes you feel at ease. The menu is simple, yet it thoughtfully emphasizes delicious, guilt-free options. I enjoyed the tiramisu, which was delightful, but what truly impressed me was the coffee brewed with locally sourced northeast beans. I also packed some brownies for takeaway, and they were truly delicious. I look forward to exploring their other offerings soon.

Finally, a cafe that proves 'healthy' doesn't have to mean 'boring'! This cozy little spot is a gem for anyone looking for millet-based alternatives. Their food menu is intentionally limited, which I actually love—it feels like they’ve perfected every single dish they offer. The millet-based baked goods are a hit with incredible texture, and the coffee is great too. Even though the space is small, the decor is super cute and interesting in its own way. It’s the perfect place for a quiet, wholesome afternoon or for those evening hangouts. Even the owners (two sisters) are great to interact with, always open to feedback.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ True Ritual – A thoughtfully crafted experience, from bowl to dessert I recently visited True Ritual and the experience genuinely stood out for its balance of clean ingredients, thoughtful flavours, and refined presentation. We ordered the Mediterranean Millet Bowl (Non-veg), Bean-to-Bar Pastry, Tiramisu, Berry Beauty Smoothie, The Refresher Juice, and a Cappuccino—and every single item lived up to (or exceeded) expectations. The Mediterranean Millet Bowl (Non-veg) was wholesome yet indulgent. The millet base was perfectly cooked, not mushy, and paired beautifully with grilled chicken, chickpeas, fresh vegetables, and a well-balanced tahini dressing. It felt light, nourishing, and satisfying—exactly what a clean, protein-rich bowl should be. Coming to desserts, the Tiramisu deserves a special mention—it was truly next level. Made with jowar ladyfingers and espresso soak, it retained the soul of classic tiramisu while adding a unique, earthy depth. The coffee-cream layer was silky, not overly sweet, and the mascarpone was fresh and luxurious. Easily one of the best tiramisus I’ve had, and definitely memorable. The Bean-to-Bar Pastry was another highlight. The ragi sponge was soft and moist, paired with thick yogurt base and rich couverture chocolate. The use of desi khand and organic brown sugar gave it a deep, natural sweetness without being cloying. You can really taste the quality of ingredients here. For beverages, the Berry Beauty Smoothie was refreshing and well-balanced—no artificial sweetness, just clean fruit flavours with yoghurt and honey. The Refresher Juice lived up to its name, with seasonal fruits, lemon, ginger, and a light sweetness that made it perfect for cleansing the palate. The Cappuccino was good—well brewed with decent foam and flavour, though the food definitely stole the show. Overall, True Ritual excels at combining mindful eating with gourmet taste. Clean ingredients, innovative use of millets, excellent desserts, and consistent quality make it a place I’d happily revisit. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates food that’s both healthy and indulgent.

Well the concept is wonderful, and based of guilt free the food are comparatively delicious, especially the hot chocolate. But the point is I don't know about others but I have a tough regime in my life to eat healthy so for me if I'm going out to have something, it's supposed to be my cheat meal because going out for food is supposed to be cheat meal while everyday food is supposed to be healthy but then again, everyone shares a different perspectives. I would give it a 5 star for people who are extremely health conscious, but for people like me it's so so. The hot chocolate was absolutely beautiful, although no marshmallow so not accurate, perhaps to make it healthy. The tiramisu had jawar lady finger, which was too grainy for the texture. And it is extremely costly too.
