Very poor office management, visited the office at lachit nagar, to understand some issue regarding my existing health policy due for renewal this month. The policy was from 2012,I think after today's experience better to port.

Worst insurance company in India. Denies cashless claims and doesn't trust also doctor certificate, makes filmsy pretext of pre-existing medical condition of even newly acquired body injuries as existing health condition to deny cashless hospitalization and medical operation. Tries out all the efforts to turn cashless into refund based application. No wonder it is that health insurance industry has lost its face in the country in shameless denials to grow the company at the cost of customers. The industry will go southwards and not northwards, owing to denial of claims and also refusing to meet customer to prevent argumentative meet ups. The industry targets revenue growth invoking grey clauses. Such nefarious culture driven companies should not exist.

The office is shifted to Adityam Building,(6th floor),Ulubari,Guwahati.

Already I have given the required documents with the amount. Earlier I got response from your side but after processing everything I am not getting any response from your side. So may I know the reason behind this

Knowledgeable staff.. Great benefits but costly compared to most.
