If a person die also they don't care about anything. On 2nd feb I admit my brother in prarthana hospital and hospital send mail for cashless and it's about 3 days but none of them do anything and what is this insurance for if the person not used it.

Very poor treatment with my claim. Didn't get anything for my accidental car because of some mistake on their part. Office is closed on a working day.

Worst experience in obtaining claim. Handed over my car on 28/11/24. Surveyor was appointed after 15 days. Egoistic Surveyor literally using all his cannons to nullify the claim... No response from customer care even after requesting call back. Finally received the vehicle after 28 days. Swear by God not to repeat the blunder of choosing it.

Pathetic response while claiming my car insurance. The only good response they will show is during registration for insurance. Mr Kaushik, who was dealing with reliance insurance in Guwahati was very unprofessional. Made a mistake getting my car insured through reliance.

Worst insurance company...doesn't know how to talk. Did not repair my car properly while claiming insurance after accident. One of their agent SUMAN K. GOPE is the worst. He is the one responsible. Don't take this insurance. Waste of money, waste of time.

Car insurance was made on 15 oct,2024 today is 22 oct, 2024 but not yet updated online.

I went there to renew my two wheeler insurance, but not getting proper response, very poor response from their end, they doesn't have any value abt customer

Office closed, changed their address to other place. They didn't inform anything.
