Star Health Insurance is literally cheating customers. I have been waiting for claim settlement with Star Insurance for last 3 months. Claim number is # 1488290. After paying premium for years when time came for reimbursement I am facing all issues. My mom has been suffering from cancer and your representative has visited my house to see the patient. After so many documentation and follow up for months claim was rejected. Considering the treatment was done in a government hospital looks like they have trust issues. If big companies like star health don't trust government organisations where will citizens go.

Extremely poor experience with claim settlement team. They had no intention to reimburse the claim and just delayed with documentation. Never ever go with star health insurance worst experience

Hi Team, My father taken 2 policy 1 policy for this Mother and 1 for himself . 1st one has no issues with the policy but 2nd policy was showing in some other name. From last 2 years my father is paying premium for 5 lakh insurance. Today was the day of operation but we were not able to admit my father due to this reason. Till now haven’t got any solution. Very bad experience in this critical state.

Worst experience with star health insurance. I would recommend not to buy insurance from Star health.
