Pathetic serive . No professionalism at all .They are not at all supportable . I called the service team today as i am getting poor connection . I purchased the 50 mbps package for home for a single laptop But its not even giving me 34 . And when i called the service team to complain they refused to take any action saying that its my laptop's fault we cant do anything . They argued for about an hour . And when i asked for 50% refund as i dont need the service anymore so they said sorry we dont know u and hung up the call. They took rs 4590 from me with a lot of commitments that whenever i face any trouble they will be there to fix it now they are not even answerning my calls . Simply disconnecting My request to all dont go for this worst service .

I have used it for 1 month and to be honest they are the worst service you can ever witness.....0 star is not available otherwise i would have given it to the owner and service provider.....They will say the speed is good but to be honest my jio sim is faster than this broadband....They took ₹5500 and never returned a penny and when you ask for return they say they won't return...They are service provider or criminals I don't know....They are like theives who would take your money and wouldn't return ✌️ Hated it the most

Have been facing intermittent connectivity issues pertaining to Video Calls made through Google Meet / Zoom platforms, connection comes in and goes off intermittently. Note: I have been using AC8 Tenda Dual-Band Router

Very bad service. Not at all recommended. Never go for allied broadband. Worst broadband service provider. You need to follow up for everything including recharge also.

Speed is good But internet services stop working frequently Too much of link problem Cannot connect 5g to all the devices Alliance should fix this asap .

Good Service , less down time , stable internet

The best thing I like about alliance is internet is stable is reliable
